• Recently bought a house on which EAW Roofing had done the roof 3 years ago. The roof had a leak and since the previous owner gave me the invoice, I decided to call them for the warranty. They went to take a look and blamed the chimney flue and after getting the chimney inspected and getting the report stating that it was the roof. EAW said that there was no warranty and they needed to charge if they were to inspect it and charge for any repairs needed. Just to get them to visit took months. I decided to check the roof myself and it’s the worst roof job that I had ever seen. They do not stand by their work. I would give them zero stars if possible. I would advise to use someone else as it’s ridiculous to have a roof that’s a few years old that’s leaking and in bad workmanship

• Eric was nice and optimistic in November 2020 saying it would take 2 days with 2 "crews" to get my house done. 1 guy showed up the first day to start my window "job" (replacing 3 windows that were installed crooked(stuck out 1 inch inside and as you see in one picture they caulked 1+ inches of caulk outside to "compensate") 600$ a window (without screens ) 825$ after ,you would assume they could replace window trim /fix holes left from there work roofers showed up on day 2 but in took them about 2 weeks to finish also ( left nails, plugs, bags with drill bits in them) Was picking up trash in spring time after snow melted. Shingles left on roof ,(single non attached on different sections) picture included . Left a couple untrimmed shingles. Looks super unprofessional picture included. Was told ridge vents where necessary, after installing "adequate venting " had ice dams all over my roof the WHOLE winter, BRAND NEW ROOF! Rusting gutter hardware less than a year after installation, some sections of gutter where not even attached had to have a real contractor come to attach properly. Some sections have dents/dings. Gutters/downspouts installed improperly (water floods the basement because the have downspouts installed bringing water to the corner rather than bring it away to the road (flooding of basement was reason for gutters installation in first place) Eric came to my house when no one was here (Have never met him in person ) and told me that painting was required. They didn't even sand, and shouldn't paint (tons of over paint, on my red house, didn't even open basement door to paint , could've just not painted and would've looked better) Mike was smoking marijuana in his truck on my property (i personally don't care just unprofessional to smoke during a job ) Mike also cut my roof crooked on a gable end by 2-3 inches. I could go on for a good full 10 hrs about the terrible experience i had with this company, i will NEVER ever deal with them again. Had a real contractor come to do my garage(not that much smaller roof that my 940 square foot house) and they had it stripped completely( Erics crew didn't they went over old decking) and installed with ice barrier and PROPERLY in 2 1/2 hrs. start to finish , they sent a real FULL crew. Pictures speak for themselves .PS: Beginning of may 22' had a big rain storm, 1 gutter the full length of the house and both spouts stopped working, i go to unclog them and there are roofing nails, pieces of plastic trim, and parts of cut shingle blocking the down spouts that were left here by EAW "Roof and Construction" ....... its never ending.

• Mike Morrissey was the project supervisor, and my wife and I cannot make enough positive comments about him. We needed the roof replaced, and we were considering having the chimney repointed, but Mike came over, and he did a thorough inspection of the chimney and told us we'd be better off removing it as it was just venting our water heater. He suggested replacing our current water heater with one that had a powered vent. Later, Mike brought the plumber, Tim Chisholm, over, and Tim agreed, so we had the chimney removed and a new water heater installed. Mike addressed any questions promptly. He let me know that the start date would be delayed because of rain, but Tim replaced the water heater immediately, so we wouldn't be without hot water. The EAW crew showed up the next day led by Juan, a really nice guy. They worked hard all day and finished the project. Their clean up was excellent! Mike was onsite at the beginning and inspected the job at the end. I highly recommend them. EAW did an excellent job and stand by their work. I added before and after photos of the front, so you can see their work.

• We are very pleased with the workmanship and responsiveness of this company. Clean up was in the dark this time of year and we were amazed at how well they did given the lack of light to work in. We would strongly recommend EAW for your roofing project.

• Brandon Weaver was awesome! He was super responsive and very knowledgeable! He continually checked on the job throughout the day to make sure it went smoothly. I highly recommend EAW Roofing. 10 out of 10!
