I let him know that I have to file a written complaints to Yonkers Consumer Protection. Worst part of it there is no communication by phone, text, Labi takes job, do it half way then go to other job and he keeps you hanging wondering when he will finish the job at my property. He tell all kinds of excuses he is coming, he is coming but never come. I have all the evidence in pictures, videos etc... which I am going to go to Consumer protection office in Yonkers and complaint about this contractor, I called the Yonkers Consumer protection. the office said to me that Binni &Co are not registered with them even Labi too. I recommended 2 of my friends and gave him big project to do. one in Queens and one in Ryder place, Yonkers. my friends told me that Labi never give them receipts that they fully paid until today. including me. very disappointing. He claimed that he did 2 free jobs for me on my property (power wash my house and caulking windows) instead of making my house look nice they destroyed the windows mesh and never came to fix 4 of it still need to be done. Labi was giving me and 2 of my friends nightmare for not finishing up the job. He picks jobs here and there and never finish the job he started with. He promises this that but never fulfill it. I have to be after him all the time . IT'S SO WRONG WHAT HE DOES. MY FRIENDS PAID HIM IN CASH. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HIM."
