Everyone wanted to replace the entire roof, even though it is only 10 years old, and other than the leak is in pretty good shape.I finally got around to calling Bone Dry. They sent someone out within two days to take a look and diagnose the problem. They found it pretty quickly and got me a bid. Need less to say I am much happier to spend a couple of thousand on a repair, that will last until the entire roof needs to be replaced, than replacing the whole thing.The problem was that after a remodel my parents had done, the builder made a section of the roof flat, but put shingles on just like a regular pitched roof.They came out mid morning, and within 4 hours had the roof repaired. I admit, the match of the shingles is not perfect, but the shingles used originally are not made any longer, and I think they did a great job. They also did a walk over on the rest of the rest of the roof, and found some areas that they repaired (raised nails, etc... for no cost.)I will for definitely call them again when I am ready to replace the whole roof.

After 2 rain delays, my roof work was completed smoothly in less than a full day. Was very happy with the look of my new roof, the continuous follow-up with progress of the crew with pictures in real time and the courteous attention to my home and property. Great company to deal with!

We had them replace our roof and several sheets of decking. The guys did a couple of pre checks before they came out. They had the materials delivered the day before. Everything was ready for them when they arrived to start the work. First thing was to protect all our windows and doors from any kind of damage. They laid tarps around the house to protect the yard and shrubs. Then the real work started. In a few short hours they had the shingles off and exposed the decking. Sent me pictures of the damage and all. Replaced the damaged decking then finished the job. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect job. Extremely pleased.

Would highly recommend Bone Dry to anyone in the Indianapolis area! They came out and did an initial assessment of my roof + gutters, gave me 3 tiered options of repairs that fit within my budget, but didn’t compromise the repairs that needed done. The team was able to complete the repairs within a week of signing the contract! They kept me informed, sent pictures + a full report, and did a next day roof inspection to ensure the team did adequate work! Highly recommend!
