Dynamic National Introduce
When seeking a roofing contractor in the Centennial, Colorado area, homeowners are looking for a company that is not only skilled but also professional, reliable, and respectful of their property. The process of getting a new roof, whether it’s due to age, weather damage, or an HOA mandate, can be a major undertaking. The provided information about Dynamic National presents a stark contrast in customer experiences, offering a clear lesson on the importance of thoroughly vetting any company you hire. While one customer praises the company for its professionalism and prompt service, another provides a detailed account of a highly negative experience, highlighting significant concerns about their work ethic, communication, and respect for property. This article will examine these contrasting perspectives to help local users make an informed decision.
The positive review highlights a professional and "thorough" roofing company with "impeccable" work. The customer expresses a deep appreciation for a business developer named Brittany Ley, who is described as warm, considerate, and quick to respond. The reviewer also mentions that the company provides helpful updates and is quick to assist with emergencies, even on weekends. This feedback paints a picture of a company that is attentive, communicative, and customer-focused, with a representative who makes clients feel like they matter. This is precisely the kind of experience that homeowners hope for when they embark on a significant home improvement project. The quick response to emergencies is also a significant plus for homeowners in Colorado, where weather can be unpredictable and damage can require urgent attention.
However, the second review provides a very different and highly critical perspective. This customer, whose work was mandated by an HOA after a hail storm, details a long list of grievances. They report that the workers were "very intrusive, have no respect on our property" and exhibited a sense of entitlement by demanding a homeowner move their car. A major red flag was the fact that the trucks used by the crew had "NO company information" on them, leading the customer to question if they were even legitimate workers. The most serious concerns revolved around safety and property damage. The reviewer alleges that the crew left "trash EVERYWHERE including nails and roofing panels," creating a hazard for their dogs and family. They also question the company's efficiency, noting that a project on a small townhome was stretching into its fifth day, well past the promised 2-3 day timeline.
The second review also brings up a critical issue for homeowners: the potential for property damage. The customer was concerned about the workers painting gutters on their grass, a practice they feared would damage their lawn. This detail speaks to a lack of professional care and respect for the homeowner’s property, which is a fundamental expectation when hiring a contractor. The threat of seeking legal action if the grass is damaged further underscores the severity of the negative experience and the feeling of being wronged. For homeowners who are often at the mercy of contractors, especially when a project is mandated by an HOA, these types of careless actions can be incredibly frustrating and costly.
The conflicting nature of these reviews is a valuable lesson for any resident in Centennial or the broader Colorado region. It highlights that while a company may have some positive aspects, such as a helpful business developer or a history of good work on certain projects, the consistency and quality of their service can vary dramatically. The negative review points to potential issues with on-site crews, project management, and basic professionalism. For a homeowner, it’s not enough for the sales process to be smooth; the on-the-ground execution must also be up to a high standard. The lack of company branding on the trucks and the slow, drawn-out timeline for a small project are significant red flags that any potential client should consider carefully.
Dynamic National is located at 2305 E Arapahoe Rd Suite 259, Centennial, CO 80122, USA. This location places them within a major commercial area of Centennial, providing a central point for serving the local community and surrounding areas. While the physical address makes them geographically accessible, the customer reviews suggest that the quality of service and on-site accessibility of crews can be inconsistent and problematic for some clients. The positive review mentions a quick response time for emergencies, while the negative review highlights a frustrating and inefficient project timeline. This conflicting information means that local users should not rely solely on the company’s location as an indicator of service quality.
Based on the provided information, Dynamic National appears to specialize in a range of roofing and renovation services, with a clear focus on addressing storm damage.
- Residential and Commercial Roofing: The company serves both residential and commercial clients, with a focus on roofing projects.
- Storm Damage Restoration: They are experienced in handling hail and other storm-related damage, often working on projects mandated by HOAs.
- Emergency Services: According to a positive review, they are responsive to emergency calls, even on weekends.
- Gutter Work: One review mentions gutter work, suggesting they may handle other exterior components.
The customer reviews highlight a number of features and potential issues for local residents to consider.
- Positive Customer Service: Business Developer Brittany Ley is praised for her warm personality, quick responses, and positive attitude, creating a good experience during the initial inquiry and project planning phase.
- Inconsistent On-Site Professionalism: The experience with the on-site crew appears to be a major point of contention. One customer reported disrespectful, intrusive, and unprofessional behavior, including a lack of safety and cleanliness.
- Lack of Efficiency: A project on a small townhome reportedly took over five days, a timeline that the customer found to be inefficient and frustrating.
- Unmarked Vehicles: A serious concern raised was the use of unmarked trucks, which can create a sense of distrust and uncertainty about who is working on the property.
- Project Updates: A positive feature is the company's ability to provide updates, which is a valuable service for clients who want to stay informed.

When considering Dynamic National for a roofing project in Centennial, local residents should weigh the provided feedback carefully. While the company may excel at the administrative and customer-facing aspects of the business, with a representative who is highly praised for her responsiveness and professionalism, the on-site execution appears to be a point of concern. The allegations of unprofessional crew behavior, property disrespect, and inefficient timelines are significant red flags that could lead to a stressful and costly experience for homeowners, especially for those in an HOA-mandated situation. In a market with many options, it is critical for residents to perform extensive due diligence, including checking for up-to-date company credentials, reading all available reviews, and even asking for references from past clients. The conflicting information about Dynamic National serves as a clear reminder that a positive initial interaction does not always guarantee a successful project outcome. For the safety of your property and your peace of mind, choosing a contractor with a consistently positive track record of both communication and on-site professionalism is paramount.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dynamic National is a great and thorough roofing company to work with. I have used them on many projects and the work is always impeccable. I really appreciate working with Business Developer, Brittany Ley. Her warm and considerate personality makes you feel like the client matters. She also responds quickly and is very positive and happy to help with any inquiry. I also appreciate the updates they provide and they always quick to help with emergencies even on the weekends.
Jul 14, 2025 · eilene LavandowskiTheir workers are very intrusive, have no respect on our property and on top of everything wanted to park in front of my house for convenience because I live around the bend. One of the workers told us to move our car that is parked in front of the house because they wanted to park their truck (with nothing in it) right in front of our house. Again, this is a regular truck with NOTHING inside of it so it’s just for convenience of the Foreman or something. On top of everything, they have NO company information on any of the trucks that they are using and are leaking fluids onto our street! For all we know these aren’t really workers that are getting up and down from our rooftops. They left trash EVERYWHERE including nails and roofing panels. My dogs and our family could’ve easily stepped on the nails. They have been working on and off of my house for over 5 days. The project was to be done in 2-3 days. Why go back and forth from house to house? I have a tiny townhome not a mansion. Just get it done! It is now SATURDAY, they started on MONDAY. The only day we get to rest because of our work schedule and they are here EARLY in the morning. This company is unprofessional and inefficient. Also why are they painting the gutters in my grass?! I do NOT recommend. I would’ve never chosen this company, we were forced by HOA after hail last year. Never again will I spend a penny on this company. If my grass is damaged after all of this mistreatment, I will seek legal action. There is no reason why they need to be painting and standing on my grass for the ROOFING project.
Jul 19, 2025 · Alexandra AlvaradoVery shady and dishonest. I’m not even one of their clients. I was just unfortunate enough to be caught in the crossfire of their negligence. I live in apartments next to condos they were doing work. I parked my car in my own complex’s lot, the next morning there were cones and tape blocking off parking spaces, one of which was the space I was already parked in from the night before. What do you know they dropped old shingles off the roof and damaged my car. They did not notify my building’s office or tell me I needed to move. The crew admitted fault but refused to provide any insurance information. Kept giving me the run around for several days. I tried calling the company office multiple times and was hung up on and ignored when I stated why I was calling. I would hate to see how they treat their actual customers
Nov 29, 2024 · Cole NavaltaVery professional & fast service. Roofing got done way faster than I expected
Jul 17, 2025 · NADINE Amaya WebsterDynamic Roofing and Construction was helpful, professional, and quick! I called them with a need to have my roof replaces in two weeks in order to rent out the home, and they were more than willing to work around my very busy schedule. Jed met up with me in advance to show me (in person) the color options for the roof. He was very patient and supportive throughout the process. When the roof was installed, it was done in one day, around my schedule, and the yard was spotless! They did a great job with both the roof and the clean-up! I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing and Construction!
