We had an amazing experience with Alex at Iron River. They took out our casting island and replaced with a lager island. His communication was top-notch always letting us know what was happening each day. All the subcontractors were very professional and did great work. I could not be more happy with our project. Will be looking to use them again for any future projects.

We had our two small decks replaced this spring by the crew at IronRiver. Exceptional is the word I would use to describe the whole project!From beginning to end the Brad Bowers was attentive to what we had in mind with the project.The crew did a great job taking the old deck away and putting up a beautiful replacement!!The whole crew; Jesse, Garret, Jason, Josh, Wyatt, James & Adam were all friendly and professional. There was minimal clean up after the project was completed, but many positive reviews from the neighbors!! We had a small project and IronRiver was happy to help with our project!I still smile every day when I look out at the finished deck!Thank you IronRiver crew for such a nice project!! I highly recommend them for any project!

I can’t recommend Iron River Construction enough—truly. I would send my closest friends and family to them without hesitation.My roofing project started out as a nightmare. I spent over a year stuck in an insurance claim mess, working with two different contractors who were unreliable, terrible at communicating, and ultimately left me feeling defeated. I honestly thought I’d never get the claim approved and was bracing myself for a huge financial loss.Then I found Iron River—and everything changed.Rob Rosengren was a total game-changer. He took a claim that other contractors had declared “dead” and turned it into a fully approved roof, gutters, and garage. He was a phenomenal communicator and truly fought for me every step of the way. Rob went above and beyond in every interaction, saving me an enormous amount of money and relieving so much of the anxiety I had built up during this process. He figured it out when no one else could.When it came time for the actual construction, John Coady stepped in and made the entire experience seamless. He was easy to talk to, incredibly professional, and made it a priority to keep things smooth and stress-free. Thanks to him, I didn’t have to worry about the logistics or execution—it just got done, and done well.Do yourself a favor and skip the stress I went through with other contractors. My wife and I were looking to replace a 25 year old deck on our home. I had already received two quotes before I contacted Iron River. Brad came out from Iron River to assess the job. He could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was very thorough on the process, costs, and timeliness for completion. Their quote was very competitive, and we decided to roll with them.Not only did they do a phenomenal job in terms of looks and quality, but they couldn't have been a better crew of guys. Jesse, Jason, Garrett, Adam, Josh, Wyatt, James, Rhett, and the project manager, Brad.The finished deck looks incredible. We couldn't be happier. We just had our son's grad party in our backyard and got a ton of complements.Bottome line: their price was very competitive, they go above and beyond in quality and service, and the end result was fantastic...and that's what matters.Oh, and we went with maintenance free. So worth it.
