Mighty Dog Roofing just completed removing and installing a new roof on my home. Dominic and John were professional in the manner of reviewing my old roof and creating a very detailed and fair cost estimate for the roof replacement. Both of you and the crew provided the necessary blankets for my new deck and furniture so that we would not experience any damage. The level of detail that I saw in regards to disposing the old roof and locating the old roof nails in the yard was top notch. My wife and I would highly recommend Dominic, John and the whole crew of Mighty Dog Roofing if you need a new roof!!

The main reason for this rating is due to delays and due to interactions with our project manager. Texts, phone messages and emails often were not answered for 1-2 weeks.This was an insurance claim due to hail. We signed a contract June 2024. The work was not completed until Feb 2025. We needed a new roof, gutters, ceiling painted, 9 windows and a sliding glass door. Our roof was installed July 2024. I gave our project manager an Installation Certification required by our insurance company. I had to ask multiple times for this form to be completed. The form was not returned to us until January 2025. Our insurance company gave us a refund of our premium based on the date of the Certification. The refund was hundreds of dollars less because it was based on the date which was 6 months after the roof was installed.Windows were not measured until October and not installed until January.We had ventilation problems in our attic. There was an area in the roof where the wood was rotten. They replaced that area twice because they did not adequately fix the underlying problem. This was outside of the insurance claim but they did not charge us for for this. They did not inspect our attic. I offered to pay personally for this, but I had to hire another company to inspect the attic and replace the plugged soffits.All of the work was done by subcontractors. The subcontractors did a good job and were easy to work with.The cushions on our deck loveseat were stained from the roofers setting something on the cover put over the cushions. They replaced the cushions.

Nooooooo, do not use this company. I signed a contract May 2025 and they was suppose to start the project in June. Paid a down payment of $1000.00 to Cody T. a representative for the company. Guess what, work has still not been accomplished and they sent another representative to my home after the 4th of July 2025 to measure a approx. 3 by 2 foot area. I feel used especially since I paid a down payment. However, my father stated "oh they will be back after the 4th." They did slightly after the 4th. Don't judge a book by it's cover. If I am a veteran and I was used for money what will they do to you? Beware. If I could put less than 0 I would.
