The metal was pre-cut from the manufacturer and you can see there are no seams in the picture on top of this page and in the picture that follows. Prime Home did all the measurements to make sure the job was done to perfection. We cannot speak highly enough of Prime Home Construction. We had a dual project of finishing the basement and knocking out a kitchen wall. We did our homework and got 7 estimates which were all across the board with prices and what was included. The reason we decided to go with Prime Home Construction was due to the reasonable price as well as the fact that they addressed an issue with low ceilings/HVAC that no other company decided to address. Jeff was wonderful to work with. He insisted we sit down and talk to the numbers and was able to work with us to let us do some minor things ourselves so that we could save money.We were very happy throughout the entire construction process. All of the various crews that came to work were very respectful of our home and there were times they were in our home and we weren't even there and we were comfortable with that. Lorenzo was a great go to person if we ever had any questions or issues, he was always available.Unfortunately shortly after our construction project ended, we needed a new roof due to hail damage. We didn't hesitate to go with Prime Home Construction for this as well. We also referred two of our neighbors to them who also used them for their roof/siding damage and were very happy with the company and the service they provided.We think we're done with any major construction projects for now but if we ever have one in the future we know who will be calling!

Miguel and his team did a great job fixing, painting, and adding new drywall to several areas of our home following damages due to a failed sump pump and ice dams. It took some time dealing with insurance but Miguel’s estimates were helpful and we were able to submit to insurance/claims adjuster. When they completed the job I noticed that several baseboards did not match our previous trim. I sent Miguel photos and his team came out and gave us all new baseboard to match at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend and work with Miguel and his team for future projects.

I contacted Prime Home Construction because my roof was leaking. Many companies would suggest a total roof replacement, but they let me know I just needed a repair. Miguel was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. The repair was completed in one day, and the problem has been solved! I would highly recommend this company.

Prime Home installed the roof and two skylights in our porch for us. We really liked their services. Very friendly, professional, and quality work. Everything was explained clearly upfront with pictures shown to us before it started, so we knew exactly what we were getting, and the whole job was done the same day. They even went out of the way to call around to find the right-size skylights for us since our old skylights were of an odd size. I will definitely use them again for our next remodeling project.

Were professional, on time and did an excellent job. They replaced my roof and had a new furnace and ducting installed. Everything was completed quickly and to a high standard. They listened to my concerns about where to run the new ducting for the HVAC through the house since I was converting from boiler heat to forced air.I was very impressed they did not nickel and dime me on small changes and extras. Moved one HVAC vent, changed register openings and had to replace some roofing boards.Prices were very fair and competitive. Will definitely use them again.
