Anthony McLaughlin and his team were truly working in the spirit of service, which, as a member of the Baha'i Faith, I believe is equivalent to worshiping God. Keep reading for reasons why I say that:1. They agreed to do the whole roof replacement for my insurance company's estimate of the cost.2. They even used higher quality shingles for that price, which is making my new insurance payments more than $1000 less expensive.3. When they found additional issues, they worked with my insurance company to get additional money from it.4. They even found issues that would have caused problems in the future which they fixed for no additional charge.5. They were very patient and understanding while I discussed the minimal damage on the gutters, which finally they replaced due to the insurance company's policy that basically said completely replace the gutters or they would not be covered in case of future damage.6. They pay their roofers by the hour, rather than by the square foot, so they have an incentive to do high quality work.7. The finished roof not only looks great, but also has improvements which will help it last a long time.8. It also came with a great warranty.9. They are very knowledgeable about the local code requirements, enabling them to finish the job with no delays.For all of those reasons, I would recommend them to anyone.

I must say that I have had the WORST experience with Pyramid. I have never dealt with a roofing and gutter company before and this was a NIGHTMARE! Everything was fine until the gutter guards were slapped on my home.The office lady Heather Roach called me to set up a meeting with the gutter people and Shang Howard, the project manager, on a Friday at 3 pm to talk about the terrible gutter covers. My husband and I showed up and NONE OF THE PYRAMID people showed up. I called the office at 3:15 and Heather is who I spoke to and she said I will transfer you to Shang to see where he is at....HE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! He stated "I don't know why she transferred your to me, I don't know anything about this". Frustrating to say the least!The roof is beautiful I will say, and it was completed early July, The roofers damaged my home on the inside and they fixed it. The original gutter guards they put on looked unfinished and slopped together. The sales man, Omar, picked out the gutter guards instead of letting me pick them to begin with. It has been MONTHS (July to December) trying to get this job paid for. The gutter people were TERRIBLE. Showing up without any notice or even a door bell ring.Leaving the old gutter covers behind my bushes, drilling holes into my gutters that didn't have the holes before, leaving a ball cap full of yard mushrooms in my yard, NAILS EVERYWHERE. It has taken me to keep calling since October to get to the payment part again. They tried to ask me for payment in September, but I was working with Conner Sweeney, the production manager on the HVAC pipe. Conner stepped in to help after emailing the owner with no response. Then she started ignoring me as well. Which is so unprofessional.Then, it took the owner, Matt McCaulay over a MONTH to call me back after I emailed him my story. I shouldn't be following up with them. It has been 3 weeks since I spoke to Matt and I called last week 11/26 and today 12/2 and he has NOT called back. Instead I called the office and they were able to FINALLY get me what I needed. The office called back and I got a new invoice and they sent it to my insurance. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!! I was shown the receipts for the extra wood by the project manager, Shang, that was purchased and they tried to double the amount. There was around 1,100 dollars in wood, and they wanted me to pay 1,900 dollars, and they added 500 to the initial amount of the roof and the owner tried to say it might be more wood.Think twice before using them. You will put in more work than you should as a customer! 5 MONTHS TO GET THEM OUT OF MY LIFE!
