Worst experience I've had as a homeowner to date. We signed a contract with RRCA December 2023. They finally submitted and received a permit April 2024 and received the deposit. Then would not return phone calls for months!! They did not begin work on the roof until January 2025!!We were still under discussion of work that still needed to be done, they then put a lien on the property because it took us a few weeks to submit the final payment.

What an INCREDIBLE experience! Jay Luna and his team of professionals did a TOP NOTCH job from beginning to end! It all started with Jay knocking on our door offering a free roof inspection so I said, “Sure!” Praise the Lord I answered the door as I was not aware that I can submit a roof damage claim without a catastrophic event such as a hurricane occurring.Jay explained the whole process in detail not as a typical high-pressured sales pitch but as a knowledgeable individual who fully understands homeowners’ rights pertaining to insurance claims on older roofs.He gave us an AMAZING service! His team filed the claim and I just had to truthfully answer a few questions from our insurance representative. Once I had an appointment set for the insurance adjuster to assess our roof, I informed Jay who then came to the house to meet the insurance adjuster and examine the roof together. Praise God our claim was approved for a complete roof replacement!Next step was to choose the shingles and sign an agreement, so we did. Then on the scheduled day, a team of 9 highly-skilled roofers who work for RRCA (not subcontractors) came to our home and started working on the roof at 6:30 am. They sure did a SUPERB JOB!! The whole 4600 sq ft roof removal and replacement plus clean-up were all done by 5:15 pm of the same day…Wow!! They did such an OUTSTANDING JOB that our neighbors were impressed as well.Next step was the replacement of NEW rain gutters and re-installation of our lightning rods which were both completed to our utmost satisfaction. Needless to say, we are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL and HAPPY with our new roof, properly-pitched new rain gutters, and professionally re-installed lightning rods!WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAY LUNA and RRCA for ALL YOUR ROOFING NEEDS! We couldn’t ask for a better roofing company. You can definitely trust JAY… all that he promised, he delivered! If I could give these unprofessional, deceiving, unreliable, crooks negative 10 stars I would. Please be aware these people are quick to collect the money but when it is time for them to stand behind their work they are gone like wind. My roof had leek because flashing was not installed properly. The rep that stopped by to patch things up just made it worst and didn't even bother covering the roof properly to prevent further damage. Pictures are below. Please do your researched on every company before hiring them to do any job.

Working with RRCA has been one of the most professional experiences I have ever had with any company working on my house.Step 1: Insurance Claim. After 15 years of storms in Orlando I knew I had some damage but was not sure how much. Kevin McGill was in the area for a different customer and we started chatting about my roof. He took his time to explain the process and contingencies in its entirety with clear details. Kevin got on my roof took clear pictures of my damage. Along with Kevin was Evet Soto. While Kevin was preparing the information Evet was coordinating with my insurance company. During the process of speaking with my insurance and making sure they had all the information both Kevin and Evet would respond within minutes. I felt as if I was there only client event though I know that not to be the case.Step 2: Getting Approved. My insurance company sent an appraiser to evaluate my roof. When the appraiser showed up, he and Kevin knew each other from previous jobs. The appraiser told me later that day "Every home I have appraised where the claim was submitted by Kevin and Evet is exactly as they say. They catch everything and don't exaggerate". I also had solar panels on my roof and I have gutters. Evet and Kevin were clear with my insurance to make sure their approved amount was enough to cover the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels as well as any damage to my gutters, as in common during a full roof replacement.Step 3: New Roof. Choosing our roof and brand was simple, RRCA has a wide selection. There were some colors that were not available due to supply issues, but they had a large enough selection to find a color we liked. My largest hurdle was getting solar panels removed. I have SunPro and I still think they are a great company. Recently they were acquired by ADT to make ADTSolar, and with any merging group coordinating with ADTSolar was not as smooth or instant as RRCA. Any and all logistical limitations of ADTSolar were easily overcome by Marlene Segura. I got a call from ADTSolar on a Monday that they could remove panels that Wednesday. Marlene worked her magic and had material dropped off that Tuesday and the workers were on my roof that Thursday. By Friday I had a new roof and it passed inspection the following week. I have never worked with a company that was able to plan and predict with such precision. When RRCA says they will be at your door at 8:00 am they are there at 7:55 am.Step 4: After the job support. I have a courtyard. This courtyard has a half roof. There was a small lead during a large storm in the outside of my house, where the new roof met my half roof. I called Kevin and the next week RRCA found the issue and reinforced a 1cm gap with a new piece of aluminum. I am emphasizing this because most companies would use calk to seal that gap, which would have worked but not as resilient.Conclusion:Great employees.Large selection of quality products.Responsive and meet or exceed all expectations they set.They do the job right the first time and without shortcuts.

Evet and Kevin are a fantastic team.( My angels) Great communication and attentiveness to every detail of project. They are extremely trustworthy and diligent workers. It's about the words they say but important actually meaning it and following through. Up front with details and any questions you have, they will provide the answer. I could go on and on. But they were the best business experience I had in many years .I went through my home insurance company and was upgraded to metal roof with minimal cost compared to whole retail cost. Do not call insurance company without Kevin and Evet at your side. They will do it for you!!! Highly recommend RCCA.
