While information specifically detailing all roofing services offered by Stubblefield Construction is not extensively available, general contractors often provide a range of services related to home exterior and structural integrity. Based on the provided information and common practices for businesses of this nature, we can infer some key areas of service they likely cover. It is always recommended to contact them directly for a comprehensive list of their current offerings tailored to your specific project.
- Roof Repair: Addressing leaks, damaged shingles, flashing issues, and general wear and tear that compromise your roof's integrity. Quick repairs can prevent more extensive and costly damage to your home's interior.
- Roof Replacement: For older roofs, those with extensive storm damage, or roofs that have simply reached the end of their lifespan, full roof replacement is often necessary. This typically involves removing old materials and installing a new, durable roofing system.
- New Roof Installation: For new construction projects or additions, they would likely handle the complete installation of a new roof, working with various materials such as asphalt shingles, metal, or other common Ohio roofing types.
- Storm Damage Services: Given Ohio's weather, expertise in assessing and repairing damage from high winds, hail, and heavy snow is crucial. This often includes assistance with insurance claims.
- General Construction and Exterior Services: As a "construction" company, it's probable they also handle related exterior projects. One customer review mentioned tree removal, indicating they may offer broader property maintenance or construction services beyond just roofing. This can be beneficial for homeowners looking for a single contractor to handle multiple aspects of property improvement.
Evaluating a local contractor often involves considering customer experiences. While there are mixed reviews for Stubblefield Construction, it's important for Ohio residents to consider all available feedback. One customer review specifically highlighted a positive interaction with "Gary Jr.":
- Responsiveness and Professionalism (as per one review): A customer reported, "He answered his phone when I called, he was polite and professional, his quote to remove my tree was beyond reasonable, his work was impeccable and he came when he said he would! I would definitely recommend him, and I will be using him again!" This suggests a commitment to good communication, punctuality, and quality work in that particular instance, which are desirable traits for any contractor. For Ohio residents, knowing that a contractor is responsive and adheres to their commitments is highly valuable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive repairs or projects.
- Reasonable Pricing (as per one review): The same customer noted that the quote for tree removal was "beyond reasonable." This indicates a potential for competitive and fair pricing, which is always a key consideration for homeowners looking for quality work without overspending.
- Workmanship Quality (as per one review): The review also described the work as "impeccable," suggesting a high standard of execution. When it comes to roofing, impeccable work directly translates to the longevity and effectiveness of your roof's protection, a critical factor for Ohio homes facing diverse weather conditions.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge that another review presented a negative experience, mentioning property damage, disrespectful behavior, and legal issues. While this contrasts sharply with the positive feedback, it underscores the importance for prospective clients to conduct their own due diligence, perhaps by requesting references or further clarifying the scope of work and conduct expectations before engaging services. For any contractor, a consistent record of positive customer experiences is ideal.

The positive review highlights attributes such as professionalism, responsiveness, reasonable pricing, and high-quality workmanship, which are all highly valued by local residents seeking reliable home improvement services. Aug 29, 2023 · Sandy YoungDon’t use. The son is a little PRICK. He needs to grow up and learn the true meaning of business. He damaged my parents property and was very disrespectful when he showed up to their home to deal with me. My father is dying of a brain tumor and he felt that we needed to owe him respect. This little prick ran from the police and was arrested on a warrant. Very unprofessional did not call before he showed up to the home. Be wary of utilizing this company.

May 23, 2024 · Amanda TiceWe were paying out of pocket 1500. To cut down tree and grind stump. First was told it would be a week out. That turned into almost 3 weeks. Tried to not give me a day using weather as an excuse. Still accepted that response. Morning of- I had to call him. He told me he was heading to another job and it would now be possibly later in the week. Mind you this was a safety issue tree that had already damaged building on property. What a joke. Lesson learned. Never will do business again with this guy.
