This article introduces A Team Construction, a roofing contractor based in Florence, KY, aiming to provide you with a comprehensive overview of their services, location, and what you might expect when considering them for your next roofing project.
Finding a trustworthy local business is always a top priority, especially for something as significant as your home's roof. We'll delve into the details that make A Team Construction a familiar name in the Northern Kentucky area, offering insights from a local perspective to help you make an informed decision.
A Team Construction is conveniently located at 160 Raintree Rd, Florence, KY 41042, USA. This address places them centrally within the Florence area, making them accessible for residents throughout Northern Kentucky. Florence is a well-known city in Boone County, part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area, which means easy access via major roadways like I-71 and I-75. For those living in surrounding communities such as Burlington, Union, Independence, or even across the Ohio River in Cincinnati, reaching A Team Construction’s physical location should be straightforward. Their presence in Florence ensures they are well-situated to serve a broad client base across the region, allowing for timely responses to roofing emergencies and scheduled appointments. Whether you're coming from the bustling commercial areas of Florence or the quieter residential neighborhoods, their location on Raintree Road offers relatively easy navigation and proximity to various local amenities.
When you're looking for a roofing contractor, a comprehensive range of services is often a strong indicator of their capability to handle diverse needs. While specific detailed service lists for A Team Construction are not extensively available in public data, typical services offered by reputable roofing contractors generally include:
- Roof Inspection: Thorough assessments to identify current damage, potential weak points, and overall roof health.
- Roof Repair: Addressing leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, and other issues to extend the life of your existing roof.
- Roof Replacement: Full removal of old roofing materials and installation of a new roof, often due to extensive damage, age, or aesthetic upgrades.
- New Roof Installation: For new construction projects, ensuring a durable and properly installed roof from the ground up.
- Gutter Services: Installation, repair, and cleaning of gutters and downspouts, which are crucial for proper water drainage and protecting your home’s foundation.
- Siding Repair and Installation: While primarily a roofing contractor, some companies also offer siding services as part of their exterior home improvement offerings.
- Emergency Roofing Services: Responding quickly to urgent roofing needs caused by severe weather or unforeseen damage.
Given their general contractor nature, it is reasonable to expect A Team Construction to provide a solid foundation in these core roofing services, catering to the common residential and potentially commercial roofing needs of the Kentucky community.
Choosing a local roofing contractor often comes down to their specific attributes and how they align with your needs. Based on typical expectations for businesses in this sector, and considering the local context:

- Accessibility: Their physical address and readily available phone numbers make them easy to contact and potentially visit for consultations.
- Customer Interaction: As with any service provider, direct communication and the ability to discuss your project face-to-face can be a significant advantage for local residents.
However, it is also important for potential customers to be aware of all perspectives. One customer review available publicly indicates a challenging experience regarding project completion, material handling, and overall communication, leading to significant additional costs and stress for the homeowner. This review suggests that while A Team Construction may initiate projects, potential clients should conduct thorough due diligence, clarify project timelines, material management, and payment schedules, and ensure clear communication channels are established to avoid similar issues. It underscores the importance of obtaining detailed contracts, understanding the scope of work, and ensuring all aspects of the job are clearly outlined before commencement. This feedback highlights a crucial aspect of hiring any contractor: thorough vetting and clear agreements are paramount for a successful outcome.

A Team construction Reviews
Supposed to fix some wood pieces swelling and rotting on my house. Recommended to side over it. From his dad in the hospital to my material catching fire. Long story short - he gave me every excuse in the book and overall, I paid another crew to finish 12 months after he started and 5-6 months after his final hour of work he lazily did. Also, had to re-buy half my material since he didn’t give it back. Cost me about $2500-$3000 overall. Not to mention the stress and less than stellar experience dealing with Mr. Chandler. To my chagrin, he was paid every penny he was promised and some. Very much not recommended!
