Hello, Kentucky homeowners. The process of finding a contractor for a home project, whether it’s a new roof, a remodel, or a repair, can be a challenging one. It requires careful consideration of a company's experience, skills, and track record. In Lawrenceburg, a local company that offers a wide array of services is All Through the House. This article is designed to provide an overview of the company, offering insight into their services and customer feedback to help you make an informed decision for your next project.
This overview will provide factual information about the company's location, the services they reportedly offer, and highlights from customer reviews. The intent is to give you a clear and engaging look at what you can expect when considering All Through the House for your home improvement needs. It's important to weigh all available information to ensure that the contractor you choose is the right fit for the specific job you need done. We'll be looking at both positive and negative customer experiences to provide a balanced perspective.
All Through the House is a Lawrenceburg-based business that provides services to homeowners in the region. The company has positioned itself as a full-service repair and remodeling company, which, according to public information, includes roofing, electrical work, and general remodeling. It is important for homeowners to verify a contractor’s qualifications for the specific type of work they need. A common theme in the reviews for this business is the importance of ensuring the contractor's skillset aligns with the job, particularly for complex projects.
All Through the House is located at 1360 Bonnie Blue Loop, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342, USA. This location in the heart of the state allows them to serve residents in and around the Lawrenceburg area. For local users, this proximity can be a convenience, making it easier to schedule appointments and have their team on-site. It's always a good practice to choose a local contractor who is familiar with Kentucky's specific building codes and weather-related challenges.
The company’s accessibility, however, has been a mixed bag according to some past clients. While some customers have noted a quick response time for initial estimates, others have experienced significant delays in project start times and completion. The review from a customer who experienced delays of up to a year before work began and a month to complete the job highlights the importance of discussing project timelines and expectations clearly and in writing before any work commences.
Based on public data and customer reviews, All Through the House appears to offer a variety of home improvement services, including:
Roofing: As a roofing contractor, they are equipped to handle roofing projects. One review mentions a customer using them for a roof replacement, while another mentions a roof leak repair.
Remodeling: The company positions itself as a full-service remodeling contractor. One customer had them complete a bathroom remodel, while another review mentions a kitchen and bath remodel project.
Siding and Windows: A review from a customer indicates that the company has performed siding, window, and door replacement jobs. However, this same review raises concerns about the quality of the installation, with reports of unsealed windows and water leaks.
General Repair and Maintenance: The company is also noted for handling various repair jobs, such as repairing a leak, a broken gate, and a hole in a ceiling, which suggests they take on a range of handyman-type tasks.
Electrical Services: A review from a customer who had a bathroom remodel completed mentions that the company also performed electrical wiring for a fan, indicating they may offer this service as well.
Based on customer feedback, there are some key highlights and features that potential clients should consider:
Positive Feedback on Specific Projects: Some customers have had very positive experiences, particularly with roofing and smaller repair jobs. Reviews from these customers praise the team as being "courteous and prompt in communication," "efficient and thorough," and commend the final appearance of the work, such as a "new roof looks amazing."
Customer Service: Some customers have noted that the individuals on the team are "nice guys" and professional in their approach. This positive interaction is often a key part of the customer experience, and it's a theme that comes up in some of the reviews.
Concerns with Quality and Specialized Skills: Several reviews express concerns about the quality of workmanship, particularly on more complex remodeling and installation projects. One review mentions a bathroom remodel with reversed water lines and a noticeable seam in the wall, while another points to issues with unsealed windows, doors, and exposed electrical meters. This feedback suggests that their skills may be better suited for specific types of work, and it’s important for homeowners to verify their expertise for the specific job at hand.
Importance of Licensing and Permits: A key highlight from a customer review is the recommendation to "ask for a contractor license" and to "permit your job." This is a crucial piece of advice for any homeowner, as it ensures the work is done to code and that there is a level of accountability from the contractor. While Kentucky does not issue a state-wide general contractor license, specific trade licenses and local permits are often required, and this is an important step to protect yourself as a homeowner.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I think that they are probably good roofers but they need to stay in their lane. I had them do a remodel including a bathroom, the water lines are reversed and I have hot water going to my toilet tank ! The wall has a very noticeable seam and a bulge that my house painter is going to try to fix. Nice guys but I think that they just didn't have the skills for this job. I strongly recommend that you ask for a contractor license if you consider using them. ASK them to permit your job.
Jun 12, 2025 · Lola CHad windows, house wrapped and siding replaced. Electrical Meter is hanging of the side of the house and exposed wood, Windows were not sealed and water is running down behind siding into the house. Top piece of siding not staying in place. Workers spent multiple days sitting in their vehicle in my driveway doing nothing. This was a few years ago. I procrastinate an did not contact them to correct the problem as it took almost a year before they even started the work and almost a month to complete the job with many shortcuts. They also replaced the doors and water would come in under the door as well. It is as if the forgot to seal around the doors and windows. I went with them because of the cost. You definitely get what you pay for. Why take on a job if you are unable to complete it properly.
