Kevin is a great guy from estimate to completion. The teams of installers are very talented and respectful. Our roof and gutters look absolutely wonderful. We used this company a few years back for our siding as well and it was a hassle free experience also. We had a wonderful experience with American Dream. Late last summer George From American Dream Home Came to my house and asked if I would like to have a free Hail damage assessment done for my home and garage. Finding Damage George Walked me thru the whole process with them and my insurance to get set up for new roof on house and garage, new siding on entire house , and all new gutters on house.Appraisers were sent from both ADH. and State Farm. Work and price were agreed on and work was done in a swift and efficient manner. The work crews were very friendly and worked hard and quick ,getting the tear offs , installs and clean up done very good and professionally. During the set up time and during construction I addressed George with any problems and concerns i had instead of his office. I just felt real Comfortable working with George, and he never let me down one time always answering calls and showing up at the house to take care of my concerns. He took care of everything from beginning to end and never wavered . He even sat on the porch and made time to talk and never cut me off. This was honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. A roof was installed on my house in 2016. The roof (in one area) was installed improperly per a general contractor, another roofer, and my insurance company. It caused several 1,000's of dollars in damage to my home. I need to replace a bathroom wall (wood, drywall, and siding) because of the. careless work that took place. The manager was extremely rude (feel free to listen to the recorded call you have) She instantly stated, "We can file an insurance claim" then tried blaming. it on my home inspector. I have sent photos/had my contractor contact them and the were unwilling to help in the slightest way. I was also hung up on when I asked to speak to someone higher up (she claimed it was an accident). They claim to have "the best warranty around" but it's no longer valid if the house is sold, so its essentially useless. It's a loophole of getting out of doing the right thing. I never even asked them to repair the damaged that was caused inside my home, just the one poorly installed area on my roof. I called a few other roofing companies to ask about their process/as well as drip edge/flashing installation and this is the only one not willing to back their work/send someone to come look at it (even though the website says you offer free inspections). I will continue to try and get in touch with corporate, I don't understand how you can look at these pictures and think this is ok

American Dream did a great job! We had no idea where to start when our roof began to leak this summer. The team at American Dream set up an inspection with our insurance and we were approved for a roof. American Dream even replaced our damaged skylight. Our roof is beautiful and the best part, no more leaks!!! Thank you to everyone at American Dream.
