I had them install a new roof years ago. They left all the debris and nails from my shake roof inside the attic I discovered when seeing someone into attic to do an electric repair. The egoless attic was blocked. This roofer refused to clear attic and gave me phone number to a kid who could crawl through and do it at my own $500 expense. Debbie was called to inspect my roof after painting contractors told me roof had faulty work and would cost me down the road. I never understood what the faults were. Debbie came out said these contractors did not know that they were talking about. I started having leaks called Debbie gain she said leaks were on patio and not her work. She claimed I must of installed patio after their work. No patio was 20 year old. I still never understood how horrible the work was until recent rains and water coming through 2 ceiling fans and tons of leaks between patio and roof.The transition from the roof they installed and patio was faulty and I have a $4600 repsir of plywood that’s been crumbling rotting under the roof over the years because there is zero overhang onto the patio from the roof they installed. I’d never recommend them. At least 7 roofers shook their heads saying Wth??! Also I was billed me for 4 turbines and installed 3. Valley on toof has been installed incorrect also

Overall their work is good and reasonably priced. They were priced in the middle of the quotes that I received. They work fast and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the job. The only gripe I have is with a mistake that they made. For some reason they covered up the vent opening on the roof used for the bathroom exhaust fan. There was a large aluminum cover on the roof, and there’s no way they could have not seen it. I never climbed onto the roof and did not notice the issue until months after the job was completed. When I called the owner, she was condescending and insisted that her team would never do such a thing. She also said they would not go into the attic to create a new opening. I advise doing a thorough walk through and getting onto the roof to ensure nothing is missed. She advised that I push through the shingles myself to create a new opening, and that they would put a cover over the opening on the roof. That’s not a great approach to a mistake they made.

They were very quick to respond. I have 20 broken tile to replace and their minimum was more than I wanted to pay. They came highly recommend by our home inspector. If I had a more extensive roofing repair, I would definitely call them again.

When I called to get a quote on my roof they strait up told me they don't have the time for just a quote. Horrible customer service. There's Plenty of other companies out there for me to go through, that treat there costumers better.
