DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they approached us about getting us approved for a new roof. So we hired them, and they did not honor there word and gave us the run around the entire time, and cold lied to us about what all they were going to do. They told us they would get several other things fixed & repaired as well during the process once approved by our HO insurance.We did get approved for our roof and we’re just waiting on them to send in quotes to our homeowners insurance company so they could review and approve the other things that needed to be fixed ,and then they could begin working on replacing the roof.We'll we spoke with our insurance company after some time went by and found out they had never sent over any estimates to our homeowners insurance company so they could review and approve it.They continued only wanting to get our roof done and it became clear that they could careless about the other things they said they would get approved for us, but was only concerned with the roof.The salesmen that we initially worked with named Lawrence mislead & basically cold lied to my husband about numerous things he would get done. They made no effort to get the required estimates to our H.O insurance company so they could approve and begin work. The sad thing is that they approached us and came knocking on our door basically soliciting, with the only concern in mind was to make a sale.I LIVE BY the reviews from previous customers/ clients at company's that I intend to use, but I let my guard down and didn't see this coming. Citrus contracting treats its customers terrible and does not follow through on the promises they make to there customers, I would highly suggest reading all the reviews on Yelp and google reviews...

I am sooooooo glad I trusted these guys! They came knocking at my door about my roof being damaged and my missing shingles they saw from the street. I was annoyed at first because who likes anyone knocking on there door?! But I honestly knew I had to get a new roof soon and when they told me what they could do for me, I thought why not? I gave it a shot and in 6 weeks I had a new roof. I have recommended them to my parents who ALSO now have a new amazing roof! Very Pleased!! Highly recommend this company:)

We live in a gated community with No Soliciting and No Trespassing signs covering the whole community outside the gate. Jose came up to my door when we were not home and slid his sales brochure between my doors. It was caught on camera. I would have put this on the BBB site except there are plenty of terrible reviews already there for their professionalism and work product. I thought this would help consumers steer clear of this company. No wonder our homeowners insurance premiums are so high - because of sleazy companies like this !

I have verified proof that this company discriminated against a black family. My husband and I are white, we had a rep from this company work with our insurance adjuster to get our roof covered. We then recommended this company to our daughter and SIL (black couple). The rep said:“No...we don't advocate for the homeowner. If you guys think the insurance company will pay for the roof, I would contact them and let them know that you think you have a claim. They will send an adiuster out to look at the roof. I thought that's what you guys already had done with Allstate.Obviously, we can put off the start date for the roof until you guys know what the insurance company is going to do. That's kind of what I was saying the other day. In some cases, it's pretty cut and dry, and they give the thumbs up within a couple of weeks. If they are not going to cover it, they usually let you know in a couple of weeks as well.”I then contacted him describing our experience vs theirs. I said I wanted to contact the district manager. He called my daughter back and said NOW they’d be willing to work with their adjuster.He also responded to me once I mentioned to him I will contact his director to do the right thing.“That is fine. We have a Citrus Rep that is assigned to the job. He is available tomorrow to meet with me.”Needless to say, I will not be recommending this company to any friends or family in the future.My daughter chose a more reputable company.

Justice was very helpful! Evaluated my roof and went up there with the insurance company and had a new roof on in no time! Great company and have had bad experiences in the past with other roofing companies! This one is unlike any other! 5 stars!
