Crescent Moon Construction, LLC Reviews
Bill was awesome to work with. He helped me navigate through a difficult situation with another company. When I was ready, his crew was there in a matter of days to start the job. He even did "drive by'" to check on the progress. I appreciate everything he did for me and would/will recommend him to anybody and everybody. He stuck by his word and was very courteous, prompt and profesdional. A pleasure to work withEDIT: Beware. When my roof was put on 3/21, it was completed in a timely manner. After a few weeks, I co tasted Bill about all of the nails coming through my attic. He explained the nails used and the thickness. Bottom line: I guess "long" nails are cheaper than the appropriate size. Fast forward 4/23. Bill was contacted as my entire Ridgeline is raised. He said, "I will come by and look at it. We have had several incidents with the storms that have just come through." I contacted a couple of days later to inquire and was told, "I'm not sure what day." I just contacted again, and he stated, 'yes a guy came by a couple of weeks ago and saw it." There are ALWAYS two people and a 100lb dog at my house. No one was ever aware or anyone being in my yard much less on my roof for an inspection. Although you can see every single nail from the ground. Now, Bill says that it is wind, which he already admitted that they have had problems with and that they will only fix it for a charge. If it were secured properly, I would have an issue now
May 01, 2024 · Traci HughesCall this company!!!! We found Bill and Lance here on Home Advisor. They just completed a 2-story addition with 9' interior ceilings and a huge deck off the second floor. I cannot say enough good about this company and the management They gave us a fair price and stuck to the price even though lumber went up drastically the week we started the project. They either answered the phone or responded to text promptly and happily--every time! -- that in itself is a great reason to hire this company. Their contractors arrived as they should and did not leave a mess. They were all very pleasant to work with and did not complain about small changes or challenges. I worked in construction for 15 years. These guys did exceptional work and stayed on schedule all the while keeping on budget. I feel we will be working together in the near future on some smaller projects around our property. --Chris and Ann
Dec 18, 2020 · Christopher PedrickDO NOT USE! This company done my roof wnd my neighbors. Left a mess of nails ALL OVER! Resulting in flat tires for everyone. When I called to ask them to please come pick up the nails with the magnet, he told me I was wasting my time with him I couldn’t prove it was their nails. He had an attitude and laughed at me and told me he could promise me no nails were in my yard even though he done mine and my neighbors! Most recently my neighbors, and she said also it was a mess of nails left in the attic. All over. My daughter even stepped on them and I mentioned that in my call and they again laughed and said I was wasting my time calling them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO CALLED LLR AND BBB AS WELL AS POSTED ON FACEBOOK. ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM WIRH RHIS REVIEW- I have a recorded phone call of how terrible I was treated on the phone for simply asking them to pick up the nails! For the safety of your cars and children and animals, do not use this company unless you like rude mean messy sloppy uncaring individuals!
