★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We’ve had multiple negative experiences with DaBella, and at this point, I genuinely can’t believe they’re still operating this way.We have two “No Soliciting” signs clearly visible on our property, yet a representative still showed up uninvited, disrupting our household while our young children were napping and while we were working remotely. When I calmly pointed out the signage, the rep became argumentative. I was forced to shut the door to end the conversation.Afterward, I called their office to request that we be added to a Do Not Contact list—only to be hung up on by their staff. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. This isn’t our first issue with them either. A few years ago, we agreed to a consultation solely to talk about our roof. We were clear that we weren’t interested in windows. Despite that, the entire appointment was nothing but a relentless, uncomfortable sales pitch—and they refused to wrap it up and leave. It felt more like being cornered than consulted.DaBella continues to ignore clear boundaries and employs pressure tactics that are completely inappropriate. If this is how they treat people before even doing business, I can’t imagine the experience of being a paying customer.Avoid this company. There are far more respectful and trustworthy options out there.
Apr 23, 2025 · BrendanI am 11, and we got home to one of the people not leaving our door talking to my mom when she was just trying to get him to leave because the baby was sleeping. his excuse was "Well she's making an appointment," when she was just trying to get him to leave, because the dogs were starting to bark and the baby was waking up AND WE HAD A NO SOLICITING SIGN that clearly said, "WE HAVE DOGS, DOGS WILL BARK NO SOLICITING" but he still came to the door anyway and was mad when we asked him to leave. this is outrageous stop deliberately making your employees knock on doors with no soliciting signs on them its showing desperate
Apr 19, 2025 · Haku WardHOW MANY NO SOLICITING SIGNS DOES IT TAKE?! Woke the baby, roused the dogs, pushy aggressive salesman. Zero stars for this business.
Apr 19, 2025 · Nahika JewelStop training your sale's associates to knock on doors that explicitly have a no soliciting signs, and you won't end up with one star reviews on google.
Apr 04, 2025 · Andrew PuglieseJack and Gerardo did a great job explaining their company and products. I have decided to replace my roof because they found we had brown paper underlayment instead of tar paper or an even better underlayment
