After contacting and speaking with many roofing companies for estimates to replace the roof on both my home and my garage due to wind damage and age, I decided to go with Exteriors Plus. Cory Kanis made the whole process less painful as I felt quite anxious at such a big decision. He was attentive, patient, informative, knowledgeable. He was also hands on in helping me to navigate the insurance claim process. His communication was excellent and I felt like I was in good hands.The crew worked hard and they got the job done quickly. Jamie Jenkins and the crew from Exteriors plus really did an awesome job with my garage siding project! She was early to the appointment, listened to my concerns and addressed each of them. the install crew completed the work in 1 day and cleaned up very well after the work was completed, no nails or debris left over. I really like the trim wrap around the windows and doors, it definitely looks like a professional result. I would highly recommend them!

Cory drove by and stopped one day at my house. He noticed I had an older roof and offered to take a look at it to see if there were any issues with it. I knew we were going to have to replace it in the near future due to age and manufacturing issues of the shingles. He found wind damage from a previous storm. He was confident that we could get my insurance to cover it. It took a lot of going back and forth with my insurance company (several months) but we were able to get the whole roof replaced. The crew doing the work did a great job. They were mindful of potted plants I was unable to move and moved them out of the way when doing the work without being asked. The clean up was well done also.Cory was excellent to work with. He was very quick to respond (via phone, text, or email) to any questions or concerns I had and let me know when I should follow up with my insurance to keep them moving along on my claim. He made the entire process very easy and is very knowledgeable. By far the best contractor I have done business with!

I just had my roof replaced after 23 years with Exteriors Plus. I researched numerous companies over a span of 2 years. I met Cory at the Home and Garden Show and decided to go with Exteriors Plus. Cory and his team exceeded my expectations significantly. His communication was very thorough and the quality of work of his team was exceptional. I am using Cory and team to replace a foyer window next, as they have been so good to work with.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the team we were lucky enough to work with. We had our siding, windows, and gutters replaced and from the start they listened to our needs and concerns and tailored our quote to match. I was second guessing our decision to go from white siding to dark and they bent over backwards to provide renderings and samples to make sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in our decision. Our project manager George was amazing! He made sure we were updated every step of the way and knew what to expect at each phase. He constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the progress and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Even if it was on the weekend. The window team came through first and were able to install all windows in just 2 days. Jessie and Zack were so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As were the rest of the members on their team. They even gave us a heads up about removing hanging items from our walls to prevent damage when the siding work began. After seeing the huge difference the new windows made, we reached out to our window contact, Matt, to see if we could also replace our storm doors. He immediately sent us options to choose from and got the order placed to prevent huge delays. Dan and his crew came in next to install our siding. Again, they answered any questions or concerns we had and even helped us work through the replacement and update of our columns on the front of our house. We originally had 4 and had planned to go down to 3. The team took the time to work with us in real time to visually see what it would look like when complete and together we all determined 2 columns would look the best. I'm such visual person and this was an extremely helpful exercise for me to feel confident in moving forward from our original plan. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and the time and attention to detail Dan and his team gave to our home. It really shows in the end product. Finally, it was time for the gutters to be installed. Again, the team was ready to answer any questions or concerns we had and had the gutters complete in no time at all. I know I'm forgetting names on each crew but seriously everyone that touched our project was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
