No leaks so far that we can tell and it's been about 6 months.Cons:The outsourced solar panel company damaged one of our gutters. Michael did compensate us for the damage but only after I brought it up and asked for a resolution.The clean up was not as thorough as expected. We continue to find roofing nails in our backyard. Highly recommend doing multiple sweeps after they leave if you have dogs.Michael used spray paint on the metal flashing to make it blend with the shingles. Unfortunately he did not tape off the area and so he got black spray paint on the stucco of our light yellow/orange house.Overall the roofing work seems to be done competently and for a reasonable price.
