★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 12020 - If you like paying for new roofing and siding to house birds, then Ingram is your company. I spoke to (and left follow up calls) both with Chad (sales) and Jeremy (owner) to see why I was hearing/seeing birds on my roof/siding. Both men promised they would get back to me, but never did. After hiring another company, I found out the siding was never carried through to the end of the house (where birds built a home) and the cap was not placed on the ridge vent (another home for bird). If it was an option not to give a star at all, that would be my choice.2021 - The siding on the side of my house is coming off. Chad at Ingram Roofing will not return my calls. I had another company look at it and it was determined the siding was not installed properly and it would all have to be torn off and reinstalled properly. Another fine job by Ingram.
Sep 02, 2021 · Laura DochenetzOur search for two bathroom remodels and a new roof began in October of 2016 with a couple of unreturned phone calls from Ingram. When we finally heard back and scheduled a home visit on a Monday for the upcoming Friday, they were a no show, and I had taken a half day from work. We even called to confirm Thursday. The following week they sent someone who proceeded to tell me that we had just contacted them during their busy season and that was the reason for almost two months of unreturned phone calls. When we did finally meet with Jeremy, he was very kind yet still offered constant excuses for their poor communication. He insisted we won't have that experience again and gave us a direct cell phone number and told usbto begin setting up appointments at tile and vanity stores. We were provided a very very basic price quote. In addition, Jeremy showed us all the price allotments/estimates on a scrap piece of paper as if he completed our quote in his car 5 minutes prior to entering our home. As he left, he said we would get a digital copy of these prices and told us to start making appointments at various tile and vanity stores to find materials we liked within the ranges. As you can imagine, that was difficult without the allotments he promised. We were very excited about the thought of moving forward with our bathrooms and headed to the tile shop the next day. Without the prices, we texted Jeremy a question on tile pricing and he responded. A few days later we set up a meeting to look at vanities and afterwards texted him again (after calling the office with no answer) trying to get the price list so we could assess how what we picked out fit into the budget. We have yet to be responded to and this was nearly two months ago. We still have no copy of the price allotments, no returned texts, and no returned calls from the office. At the very least, one would hope that a company today would have a good service model, value their clients, and reach out. Not only have they not reached out, but they're blatantly and purposely ignoring. Customer service should be at the forefront of their model. Unfortunately, the way in which we've been treated forces us to believe it's on the back burner.Hoping that if you choose this company, you are treated much better.

Mar 07, 2017 · Lisa KurtzThese guys are the best! There was a delay in getting the metal due to Covid but once the materials came in the crew was amazing. My roof looks absolutely beautiful. I got a special metal and the Crew specializes in metal came to do the job. They were all ex iron workers and showed up on time every single day. I’d recommend Ingrahm to anyone.

Jun 13, 2025 · Tatyana LazarenkoWe contacted Ingram roofing to repair our sun room roof. In the winter the snow would build up and form an ice damn and then leak down the side windows. Thought the flashing needed to be secured or some such thing. Ingram roofing wound up replacing the entire window roof. After the replacement was completed and thousands of dollars later, it would leak in the middle of the room whenever it rained. It never leaked when it rained before. Getting them back was a challenge but they came back several times to try to repair and finally wouldn't return my calls and it still leaks when it rains. While Jeremy is a nice man, if you don't respond on a timely basis or at all and don't fix the problem, it doesn't say much for Ingram Roofing.
