We recently bought a house with the condition that the roof would be replaced after closing. Greg was fantastic throughout the entire process—he kept us informed every step of the way and even dropped off shingle samples at our home so we could choose the exact color we wanted. His crew completed the job in just one day, including replacing some damaged decking, which was impressive. I really appreciated the clear communication and quality workmanship. I’d definitely recommend working with Greg and would gladly do so again in the future.

We had a water leak inside and a fried recommended Greg with New Roof Plus. He came the next day and found rain was coming in around the HVAC vent shaft. He calked it on the spot and then took photos of the whole roof which had been hail damaged. His team worked with our insurance to get it approved. Then he scheduled the project a couple weeks out. The new roofing was delivered on a Monday and Tuesday the roofers came and removed the old roof and replaced all on the same day! We had heard negative stories about roofers taking forever, but were pleasantly surprise by this company. Later that week another crew came and replaced damaged gutters. We also needed the front porch railing repainted and Greg took care of that as well. It all looks fantastic! We are extremely pleased with the work and Greg and our project manager, Stefan, were very responsive. I will recommend this company to all my friends!

We recently had our roof replaced by New Roof Plus and it was pain free! Seriously. I didn't even want to start the process because we've had a our roof replaced before (thanks hail) and it was such a hassle. Greg and his team were amazing communicators, worked with our insurance, managed solar panel logistics and even did the entire replacement while we were away on vacation! I would not hesitate to reach out to this great company if you're in need of roof work. You won't be disappointed!

The roof on my house in Perry Park is very steep, difficult and dangerous to access but the good folks at New Roof Plus arose to the occasion and after removing the existing asphalt shingles they installed a beautiful standing seam metal roof to a high standard at a fair price. Everyone at the company is very polite, competent, professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!Also a shout out to 5280 Metal for the excellent job of supplying and cutting the metal panels on site. Their advice on going with the 1.75 inch rib I think really made the final product stand out.
