Roofing Contractor
- Roof inspection Free
Just a simple roof inspect with a verbal report and showing you the pictures? Free. Want a written report with marked-up pictures and/or video? Still free if we do the repair work. If you don't want the repair work completed, we do charge a fee for the written report with edited pictures.
- Roof installation From $7.50
Depends on roof material, complexity of the roof, steepness, height, etc. For asphalt shingle roofs on a 1 story home with average steepness, prices generally start at $7.50 per square foot to replace your roof.
- Roof repair From $250.00
Roof repairs start at $250. Most leak repairs and other simple roof repairs are within that amount. Complicated repairs that require replacing sections of your roof will most likely be more than $250. The vast majority of repairs do not exceed $1200.
- Attic venting From $250.00
Installing new vents varies on the number of vents and style. Basic style vents on a basic roof are roughly $100 per vent. However, our minimum charge is $250. Labor and materials are included in all quotes.
- Attic venting installation From $500.00
If you need us to install intake vents for your attic, there are several options, but this is a complicated process. Either we remove several rows of shingles near the bottom of your roof to install the vents under your shingles, or we cut holes into your soffit and push back the insulation. Not fun
- Gutter cleaning From $180.00
We often run sales on gutter cleaning. Check out our packages and pricing here: https://www.zombie-roofing.com/gutter-cleaning/gutter-cleaning-prices
- Roof damage repair From $250.00
If you need a repair that is not a simple leak, our minimum charge is $250. That will usually cover up to about 10 shingles and 30 minutes of labor or replacing 5 sporadic concrete tiles. Most damage repairs actually start around $350 and commonly range up to $1000.
- Roof repair for storm & wind damage
Check your deductible on your Homeowner's policy for your "hail and wind" peril. That is typically your cost as these damages mean replacement. If the damage isn't extensive enough to warrant a roof replacement, consider waiting for the next hail or wind storm.
- Skylight installation From $2,000.00
The typical skylight is about 2' x 4'. To replace a basic model of that size skylight on a shingle roof, we charge $2000-ish. To install a new one, including cutting the hole in your roof decking and framing as needed, but $0 interior work, we charge $2500-ish.
- Skylight repair From $250.00
Roof repairs start at $250 minimum. If you just need some caulking around the skylight, we can stay within that. If some flashing needs replaced, then we'll also need to replace the shingles impacted by that section of flashing. For a typical skylight, that's usually around $525.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My mother had a leak in her roof that a prior roofer had failed to repair. Adam was systematic in finding the source of the leak, took a video of the roof explaining what he had found, and was a pleasant and responsive communicator. His charge was too reasonable. My mother paid him substantially more than he charged. Very happy to have chosen Adam/Zombie.
Jun 11, 2025 · Steve ConnorWe hired Zombie Roofing to clean out our roof gutters which were full of leaves and pine needles. Adam came to do the work at the exact time that he promised. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable job. He also did some minor repairs to our roof. We will go to him first when we need roofing repairs.
Apr 22, 2025 · Steve BayensAdam was great to work worth and I would not hesitate to hire him again. He communicated very well, was punctual, and even sent before and after pictures of everything. He also cleaned up after himself too which seems minor, but is unfortunately not as common as you would think.
Jul 28, 2025 · Colin HenehanAdam was very cordial, on time, and pleasant to work with. Not expensive at all. They explained the process before, shared pictures after, explained what else could be done, when, and what needed the most attention in a very consultative way and not pushy at all. They are great and I'd recommend them to anyone planning on using them.Thank you for being nice!
Mar 22, 2025 · Arun DanielAdam was quick to respond that day to a leak I had in my roof. He was very knowledgeable and his pricing was fair. I highly recommend zombie roofing!
