I scheduled an inspection a week out, as I only have Mondays and Tuesdays off. The following Tuesday came, I received no communication, so I called for an ETA which was a vague “Well you ARE on the schedule today”, and was promised I’d be seen by the end of the day. I got a call 10 minutes later, telling me they couldn’t make it and I have to reschedule. I was irritated to say the least.So I reschedule for the FOLLOWING week. This company had the audacity to do it again. No communication, no service window, no confirmation, and they didn’t even show up on the day THEY rescheduled me for! Luckily I already thought they’d ghost so I had another company that actually showed up.Your business starts at booking. If you can’t get a functioning front desk, you will continue to piss off a lot of people.Edit: They claimed to have climbed on my roof and put nails and caulk on it while I wasn’t there, despite not knocking on my door or ringing the doorbell, calling or texting. There was nothing picked up by my Ring camera, I was watching it. So I left because I had no communication by 3:30pm, and figured they were ghosting me again. And despite me specifying that I wanted to be home, hence the reschedule a week out, they still climbed up there without a call or knock on the door. So now I’m even more irritated they worked on my property without my consent. Especially since I’d had a roofer up there just 1 hour prior. When someone says “I would rather be home, let’s reschedule a week out, on my next day off, even though I need it done today” That doesn’t mean, wait a week, don’t call, then climb up on the roof without her there anyway.

Terrible unprofessional front desk. I called to schedule appointment with R&L, its front desk lady is so unprofessional and stupid! First of all, she has a very strong southern accent. When she asked about my personal information to put in their system. I had to repeat my name, phone number and email 4-5 times each, in order for her to write down everything correctly. I had never came across a front desk couldn't get client's information right within within second time! This is such a basic easy job and she couldn't even do it properly! After she finally recorded my info correctly, we agreed on a time for their specialist to come to my house to take a look. Then only 1 hour later, she called me and told me she made a mistake and double booked me with another client, so now she had to reschedule me! I decided to cancel the appointment and find other companies. When I was talking to other two companies, the conversation was so easy! R&L Roofing, why are you wasting your money paying for such an unprofessional and stupid front desk to lose potential clients and profits, just because tiny things such as she couldn't even write down client's name correctly?! Hire yourself a more professional and smarter front desk!

I used Marcelino and R&L Roofing for our Hotels and I was so impressed about his sincere quotes and work that I used him for our own house to renew the entire roof. We not only was getting an expert analysis of our roof, he brought shingles samples to us and explained the different qualities of the shingles. As we are HOA controlled he found the right color and the quality we wanted.
