RoofSnap Introduce
Hello, fellow Coloradans! When it comes to tackling roofing projects, whether for your home or business, the right tools and technology can make all the difference. In a state known for its unpredictable weather—from heavy snows to hail storms—having a reliable and accurate way to assess a roof is crucial. That’s where companies like RoofSnap come in, serving the roofing industry from their base right here in Denver. As local users, we understand the importance of working with businesses that not only know the area but also provide the resources needed for local professionals to deliver quality work.
RoofSnap is a company that focuses on providing software and technology for roofing contractors. They are not a traditional roofing company that will come out and replace your shingles; instead, they equip the professionals you hire with the digital tools they need to perform their jobs more efficiently. This includes solutions for creating accurate measurements, generating detailed estimates, and managing projects. For you, the homeowner, this means that the contractors you work with who use this kind of technology are better equipped to give you a precise quote and a clearer understanding of the scope of work. They can create digital sketches and measurements based on aerial imagery, helping them to quickly and accurately determine the size and complexity of your roof. This can lead to faster, more accurate bids and a more streamlined project from start to finish.
The company’s approach is centered on leveraging technology to simplify a complex process. The goal is to move beyond manual measurements and estimations, which can be prone to error, toward a more data-driven method. This is particularly relevant in Colorado, where the varied architectural styles and steep pitches of mountain homes can make traditional measurements challenging. By using high-quality aerial imagery, contractors can get a comprehensive view of a roof from a safe distance, which can save time and increase safety on the job. The software is designed to integrate different aspects of a project, from the initial bid to the final invoice, helping roofing businesses stay organized and providing a more professional experience for the customer.
RoofSnap’s presence in Denver also means that they are attuned to the specific challenges and needs of the local market. They understand the types of roofing materials commonly used, the common damage caused by Colorado weather, and the regulations that apply to local construction projects. While they serve a national client base, their local presence ensures that they are a part of the Colorado business community, contributing to the local economy and being accessible to local professionals who may need to reach out. This connection to the community is a significant benefit for both the company and the contractors they serve, fostering a stronger local industry.
The core of RoofSnap’s business is providing the technology that enables roofing contractors to work smarter, not harder. This includes tools that allow them to draw a roof on a digital image, automatically calculate measurements, and then generate a professional report for the homeowner. This report can include not only the measurements but also a detailed breakdown of the materials needed and the total cost. This level of transparency is a great benefit for you, the homeowner, as it allows you to see exactly what you are paying for and why. The company's focus on efficiency and accuracy is a direct response to the demands of a fast-paced market and the need for precision in a trade where mistakes can be costly.
Located conveniently in Denver, RoofSnap’s address is 3601 Walnut St Unit 400, Denver, CO 80205, USA. This location places them in a vibrant area of the city, easily accessible to local business professionals. The accessibility of their physical location is an important consideration for any local company, as it makes them a tangible part of the community. For local contractors, knowing that a technology partner is just a short drive away can provide peace of mind, offering the option for face-to-face meetings or local training sessions, should the need arise. The building itself is situated in a commercial area, which is a fitting home for a business that supports other businesses. While much of their work is done digitally, having a physical presence in Denver solidifies their commitment to the local economy and their role as a Colorado-based company.
Their business is built on the concept of providing a comprehensive suite of tools for roofing professionals. These services are designed to address the various stages of a roofing project, from initial assessment to final billing. By offering a unified platform, they aim to streamline the workflow for contractors, helping them to manage their projects more effectively. The services are not just about measurements, but also about creating a more professional and efficient business operation for the end-user. This in turn benefits the homeowner, as it leads to a more organized and timely project completion.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Awful customer service. When I told their customer service team my subscription was active, but it was saying that I needed a subscription to draw roofs. They told me to video record logging in and out like I had the software to be able to capture video on my devices. It was a very difficult task to perform instead of them, just simply looking into it and offering me a phone call to troubleshoot. They need to be more proactive with their customers if they want to keep them. Especially with the older generation being more hands-on than tech competent.
Jun 27, 2025 · Talon BrownUpdate: Day after posting I got a call to resolve the billing issue for this year. They were not sure if they could work on the two year previously that were over billed. We are set up on auto renewal and the computer does not bill for current active users it bills as it was explained to me for the total amount of seats that are active and the only way to turn off an active seat is to call in and talk to someone. There also is no indication on the online portal to see how many active seats you have. I have updated the stars from 1 to 3 as the image quality is still not great for the basic subscription and it use to be clear enough to get an accurate drawing.Been using for over 10 years and the service has disappeared. Can not get anyone to return a phone calls and emails seam to be AI generated that do not solve issues. Picture quality has degraded to the point you have to buy the better pictures in order to get an accurate measurement until this year our reports were very accurate, this year we have had several reports come up short with mis measurements . We are looking for a new service. It's truly disappointing. Spend your money on a product that cares and will offer support.
Apr 15, 2025 · Chad BowmanI’ve worked with most of the major roof measurement software companies, and I can confidently say that RoofSnap has been the worst in terms of both quality and customer service.I ordered a report in the evening, and their platform leads you to believe it will be ready within 4 hours. Over 12 hours later, the report finally arrived—except it was for the garage, not the house. The distinction between the two couldn’t be more obvious. I called immediately, left a voicemail explaining the issue, and emphasized that this was time-sensitive since my inspector was en route to the job site. They called back later that morning, but rather than expedite a correction, they simply reordered the report without urgency. Since then, I’ve called a dozen times, left multiple voicemails stressing the need for a prompt fix, and have yet to receive a single live response or meaningful follow-up.As a result, my inspector was unable to generate a quote, and we wasted valuable time with no resolution. By contrast, other companies I’ve worked with provide a dedicated representative, fast response times, better quality reports, and more competitive pricing.Bottom line: you can do better. There are several other roof measurement services out there that far exceed RoofSnap in speed, accuracy, and support.
May 01, 2025 · Chris ReidTerrible customer service. I ordered a monthly subscription so I could draw my own roofs. However, once I started my service with them, I was not able to even sketch my own roofs because it says a subscription was needed. After speaking with customer service only through email they told me some very arduous and difficult things to do which were not helpful or user-friendly. This is resulted in many frustrations and a waste of $105. I suggest you go somewhere else if you’re looking to Get Roofr sketches. Sad too because I used to use these guys back in the day and it just seems like their customer service is going downhill.
Jun 27, 2025 · Talon Browni would give a lower review if I could. TERRIBLE Support! They used to have great support years ago, i guess they got too big, now support is almost non-existant. Im looking for a new service!
