We looked at three different roofing companies, and Thomas Brothers Roofing Service was the last to give us an estimate. Even though we were leaning toward another company, Liam explained everything in detail about the work needed and also taught us about the best roofing materials to keep our home watertight. The estimate was accurate. The permits took a while to get because of Costa Mesa, but once everything was approved, the roof was completely replaced in less than a week. The crew was friendly, always on time, and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent, and I've already recommended them to several friends. I’m really happy with the whole experience!

The caulking was done perfectly everywhere. Damian was excellent—he explained everything clearly, from how my claim would be handled to the estimate, all the way through the work, installation, and clean up. They finished everything faster than I expected. The contractor even came out to check before and after the work was done. If there was anything I wanted changed, they fixed it right away. These roofers are professional, detail-oriented, and take real pride in their work—it really shows! All the employees were polite and easy to talk to. They really focus on making sure customers are happy and their work is top quality, which is why they’re so highly rated. This is definitely the roofing company you want to hire in Costa Mesa! I recently had some roof repairs and upgrades done at my house. The team did an excellent job and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. They found a few small holes in the roof that were causing minor leaks, and also spotted a cracked skylight. Those issues were all fixed, including putting in a brand new skylight. They also added a new roof vent and installed a solar-powered fan/vent. The difference in temperature upstairs and in the attic was noticeable right away. I wish I had done this sooner! The fan unit is small and very quiet. The price was fair and the workmanship was professional. I would definitely recommend these roofers to anyone looking for quality work.
