Ohio’s climate presents a unique set of challenges for roofing systems. Based on industry standards and the general needs of properties in Ohio, one would expect the following services to be among their offerings:

- Roof Repair: Addressing specific issues such as leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, flashing problems, and general wear and tear. Timely repairs can prevent minor issues from escalating into major, costly problems.
- Roof Replacement: Full removal of old roofing materials and installation of a brand-new roofing system. This service is essential when a roof has reached the end of its life or sustained irreparable damage.
- New Roof Installation: For new construction projects, providing expert installation of durable, high-quality roofing materials that comply with local building codes and are suited to Ohio's climate.
- Commercial Roofing: Specialized services for commercial properties, which often involve different materials and installation techniques compared to residential roofs, such as flat roofs or low-slope systems.
- Gutter Services: Installation, repair, and maintenance of gutter systems, which are crucial for effective water diversion and protecting your property's foundation and landscaping.

- Responsiveness: Proximity allows for quicker response times, particularly for urgent repairs or initial consultations. This can be crucial during severe weather events when immediate action is needed.
- Personalized Service: Local contractors often provide a more tailored and personal approach to their projects, taking the time to understand individual client needs and preferences.
- Support for the Local Economy: Choosing a local business helps to circulate money within the community, supporting local jobs and contributing to the economic health of Canton and the surrounding areas.

Feb 05, 2025 · RandyThese guys just put a roof on the building we rent, so we did not hire them. We've had a poor experience from the very first day they arrived, when the crane lifting the new insulation panels onto the roof must have been dropping them from several feet above the roof causing items to fall off shelves and the building to shake. One of our finished products landed on a laptop crushing the edge. We've had several leaks during the roof installation causing multiple days of downtime to our operations and a rebuild of one of our production machines which took on gallons of water. And now several weeks after the completed installation, we had a new leak that ruined a flat panel TV. They respond very quickly, insurance paid for our damages, but we now have no confidence that this building will be water tight.

Sep 26, 2018 · Ron ReolfiTo the man named Nate, calling my child a “cunt” while fixing our roof was not funny. She is autistic and has behavioral problems. When she had an episode it was because of the guy Nate, one of the most unprofessional, inappropriate, and asinine workers I have ever seen. You will be hearing from my lawyers. You and your company will be getting sued.
