They did a sloppy job on my roof. Lots of dips, thus lots of water pooling. They used gravel to fill in the dips which gathered dirt and mold. Not a good situation. The roof started leaking after only 7 years. Hopefully you will have a better experience.

We hired Armstrong Co to update our roof with foam material in 2019, and unfortunately, we are now dealing with serious issues due to their poor installation. Our home insurance provider has refused to renew our policy because of pooling water on the roof, which has led to excessive moss growth and leaks inside our home.When we contacted Armstrong about the issue, they claimed it was not covered under their warranty and told us to hire someone to pressure wash the roof—saying this was “normal.” This past weekend, we personally removed 10 pounds of moss from the roof, which should not be necessary on a properly installed system.A well-installed roof should not have pooling water, nor should it require frequent pressure washing to function properly. We are extremely disappointed with Armstrong’s lack of accountability and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

My father just contracted with this company. Incredible company. They thoroughly assessed what needed to be done, made their suggestions and gave us a bid on the spot. Very friendly and helpful workers and superb workmanship. Couldn't have asked for better!

Like many others who have left negative reviews about Armstrong, we’ve unfortunately had a similar experience. Our insurance company identified pooling on the roof due to improper installation and materials that fail to provide adequate drainage—an issue that could lead to serious damage over time.When we reached out to Armstrong’s support team, we were met with rudeness and dismissive responses, including their claim that "pooling is a normal occurrence." Since then, they have repeatedly ignored our calls and have been completely unresponsive to our attempts at communication.If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work and values customer service, look elsewhere. Armstrong has shown a lack of accountability and professionalism that we wouldn’t want anyone else to deal with.
