ASAP Roofing Introduce
For homeowners across Colorado, especially in the Denver area, the roof is your property's essential protector against our state's often severe weather. From intense summer hailstorms to heavy winter snowfalls, ensuring your roof is in top condition is paramount. When the need arises for repairs or a full replacement, finding a reliable and trustworthy roofing contractor is a critical decision. This article aims to provide a balanced overview of **ASAP Roofing**, located in Denver, CO, drawing insights directly from available customer reviews to help local Colorado users make informed choices.
ASAP Roofing appears to be a company that engages in residential roofing, often initiated through door-to-door solicitation after storm events like hail. Their services seem to include assisting homeowners with insurance claims and executing roof replacement projects. However, the experiences reported by customers vary significantly, presenting a mixed picture of their operational consistency and customer service. It's crucial for prospective clients to consider both the positive and negative feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of what to expect.
---ASAP Roofing is located at **1761 E 58th Ave, Denver, CO 80216, USA**. This address places them within the Denver metropolitan area, allowing them to serve a wide range of communities across the Front Range. Being situated in Denver, they are positioned to handle roofing needs for residential properties throughout the city and its surrounding suburbs. This local presence means they are familiar with Colorado's specific weather patterns, common types of storm damage, and local building codes.
For Colorado homeowners, the accessibility of a local contractor can be a convenience, potentially facilitating quicker responses for assessments and project commencements. Their Denver base implies a readiness to address the specific demands of the local climate, which can be a key factor when considering a roofing project, especially after significant weather events.
---Based on the customer reviews, ASAP Roofing's primary services revolve around residential roofing, with a strong emphasis on post-storm damage restoration. Here's what can be inferred about their service offerings:
Hail Damage Assessment and Restoration: A significant portion of their business seems to originate from door-to-door outreach after hail storms. They likely specialize in assessing hail damage and coordinating with homeowners and insurance companies for necessary repairs or replacements.
Roof Replacement: Their core service involves replacing damaged roofs, often due to storm-related incidents. This would include tearing off old materials and installing new roofing systems.
Insurance Claim Assistance: Customers mention that ASAP Roofing assists with filing and navigating insurance claims, working directly with insurance companies to facilitate the repair or replacement process. This is a crucial service for many homeowners dealing with unexpected damage.
While the reviews highlight these key areas, potential clients should always confirm the full scope of services offered and their specific experience with different roofing materials or project types before making a decision.
---The customer reviews for ASAP Roofing present a duality of experiences, highlighting both strengths and significant concerns. Here's a breakdown of their features and operational aspects, drawing directly from client feedback:
Mixed Customer Service Experiences: There's a stark contrast in customer service. One review describes an "absolute nightmare," citing unresponsive communication for a significant period, half-completed work, and post-completion leaks. Conversely, another review praises "Kevin" and "Tyler" for being "very knowledgeable," "professional," "on time," and "returned our phone calls," highlighting outstanding dedication to customer service, including proactively issuing a refund for overpayment.
Insurance Claim Expertise: The positive review specifically commends the company for "work exclusively with our insurance company," making the process "effortless" for the homeowner after hail damage. This suggests a strong capability in navigating the complexities of insurance claims.
Project Management (Varied): One customer reported a lack of project oversight, with work left unfinished and poor communication regarding completion. In contrast, the positive review highlights proactive communication from their project manager, Kevin, regarding timelines and supply delivery.
Crew Management Concerns: A negative review mentions "extra crews from Texas" working in extremely cold temperatures, which led to incomplete work and subsequent significant water damage due to unsealed piping. This raises questions about subcontractor oversight and quality control.
Post-Completion Issues: A major concern raised is the significant additional cost incurred by a homeowner (an "additional $4,000 to repair") due to a slow leak caused by unsealed piping after the roof job was supposedly complete. This points to potential issues with final inspection quality and long-term durability of the work.
Refunds for Overpayment: A positive highlight is a proactive refund for overpayment, demonstrating financial honesty in at least one instance, which is a rare and commendable act in any industry.

---For homeowners across Colorado, particularly in the Denver area, securing a reliable and competent roofing contractor is a crucial decision, especially after the common occurrence of hail storms. When considering **ASAP Roofing**, it is imperative for local users to approach with thorough research and a comprehensive understanding of the highly varied customer experiences, as vividly presented in the provided reviews. The stark contrast between a "nightmare" scenario involving incomplete work, significant post-completion damage, and ongoing payment disputes, versus an "amazing experience" characterized by professionalism, excellent communication, and even a proactive refund, creates a complex picture.
While their ability to work effectively with insurance companies and the positive performance of specific project managers like Kevin and Tyler are notable strengths, the severe issues reported by another client – including unsealed piping leading to extensive ceiling damage, work done in extreme cold, and alleged abandonment of a half-finished job – raise serious concerns about consistency in quality control, subcontractor management, and overall project completion standards. The warning to "Run... don't walk, run away from this horrible company" from one homeowner cannot be overlooked.
In Colorado's challenging climate, the integrity of your roof is non-negotiable. Therefore, when selecting a contractor, consistent transparency, dependable communication, and a proven track record of high-quality, fully completed work with reliable post-project support are paramount. While ASAP Roofing has demonstrated excellent service for some, the significant negative experiences necessitate extreme caution. Local residents considering ASAP Roofing should conduct extensive independent vetting, seek multiple references from recent projects, scrutinize contracts carefully, and consider all available feedback to make the most informed and protective decision for their valuable property.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I should have known... A girl came to my door after a hail storm and "helped" me file a claim while promising to use ASAP Roofing to complete the job. they didn't get the job stated until December, and used their extra crews from Texas (it was two guys). It was around 10 degrees that week and it seemed odd they were continuing to work since it was so cold but I allowed the "experts" to continue.Needless to say, five days later, assuming the job was done I climbed the ladder only to find the roof 1/2 done. There were shingles, tools, buckets etc. I called them and eventually a new crew came. It took about three weeks to fully complete.Soon after completion as the warmer weather arrived we began to see our ceiling bubbling. It turned out all of the external piping was never sealed and the slow leak had been seeping into my attic for months. My entire ceiling was damaged. It cost me an additional $4,000 to repair. In the mean time they were requesting payment!!! They continue to request payment. I will fight this until I die. They are everything that's wrong with the world. Had they walked away, payed to have the roof fixed, it would be over but they chose otherwise. This has been an absolute nightmare!Run... don't walk, run away from this horrible company. The name alone is all about being the first place to call. Keep scrolling, do yourself a favor!Thomas G Romero
Apr 14, 2019 · Gabrel RomeroWe had a great experience with ASAP Roofing. I will say we were hesitant at first since we weren't looking to replace our roof and they just knocked on our door. We didn't realize how much hail damage there was until we saw the pictures and our insurance company confirmed it. We met with Kevin who was very knowledgeable and explained how they would work exclusively with our insurance company. And they did! We worked primarily with Kevin as our project manager but Tyler also stopped by a couple of times. Both are very professional. They were on time for our meetings, returned our phone calls, and answered all of our questions/concerns. Kevin called periodically to let us know how things were moving along, when the project would start, and when the supplies would be delivered. He even called after the job was complete to tell us we had overpaid and they were sending us a refund check. His dedication to customer service was outstanding. We would most definitely recommend ASAP roofing!
Feb 01, 2018 · Debbee JacksonI was not sure I really needed a new roof but thought I would look into it. Contacted someone at ASAP (recommended from someone I work with) and quickly someone was on my roof. This personable young man said yes I had evidence of hail damage and we contacted my insurance who also handled this situation quickly and professionally (Madison Insurance/Auto-Owners). The ASAP roofer and the insurance inspector set up a meeting and soon were on my roof determining the extent of the damage and what the insurance would cover. ASAP helped me pick out a suitable shingle and set a date for my roof to be installed. The supplies were dropped off and the roofers came on the correct date and time. The workers worked hard and managed to finish mostly before the heavy rains of this past summer. The roof looks great! I am very happy with the job ASAP and the roofers did. There was also damage to rain gutters and a metal awning. If I have a complaint about ASAP it is that they were slow on finishing this aspect of the job and could have communicated what was going on better. In the end the new awning is also great. So I would recommend ASAP to others without hesitation.
Dec 11, 2013 · jay westcottASAP roofing was great! I used them for a hail-storm insurance claim in the Murphy Creek Golf Course neighborhood. They had great prices, were efficient, and easy to work with. They certainly made it easier when dealing with the insurance company. The roof job was perfect and had no issues (even 90+ days later). I was able to get a different colored shingle for no extra charge. They were fast and did a great job in cleaning the job site. I absolutely would recommend ASAP roofing.-Will
Jan 09, 2014 · William TownsendThank you, ASAP Roofing! This has been the best experience I've had with a roofing company. Chase was honest and upfront with the contract. He wrote in for me, that should the insurance company not agree to pay the full amount minus my deductible, the contract was void. He stayed on top of the insurance approval for me including having them pay for interior water damage due to a leaking roof from the last company to replace the roof. He called several times to let me know how things were coming along with the insurance company and to let me know when materials would be delivered. Materials were delivered the day before work began. The crew showed up on time, were courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Someone from ASAP (sorry, I don't remember his name!) showed up before the crew left to make sure I was happy with the work and to answer any questions I might have. The new roof was installed early December 2015 and so far, NO LEAKS!
