Before the work started, Maurice came by and was knowledgeable and professional. The price wasn’t the lowest, but Maurice worked with us after we got a few different estimates. The installation was completed quickly and within the time promised. When there was an issue with a vent not being put on the garage as outlined in the contract, they came back and fixed it right away. They also handled some minor fixes for slipping shingles quickly whenever we called. We went with the Landmark Pro shingles, which are thicker and meant to last longer. They have a bit more 'definition' so they stand out a bit more on the roof, but overall, we’re satisfied and hope they last a long time.

We are really happy with our new aluminum roof. It handled a huge amount of snow without any problems, and the roofers installed 95 snow guards to help break up the snow as it comes down. The roof looks great, and our neighbors have commented on how nice it is. The team also replaced the siding on our dormers with matching aluminum shingles. We got to pick from several shingle colors and went with one called gunflint, which has a textured, slate-like finish that helps break up wind and water. The installers, including Connor, took care of everything—they removed and covered over the chimney and vent caps, added a ridge vent, and installed soffit vents, which our house never had before. They took off the gutters, then put them back to fit the new drip edge flashing and lock down the shingles properly. Everything was fastened securely with screws using cordless screw guns, and no air compressors were needed. They made safety a priority, using lanyards and foot boards around the roof the whole time. We’re really pleased with how everything turned out. We’ve also put up solar panels, and we won’t need to take them down for a new roof because this one will probably last longer than the panels. Even though we might not be here forever, we know the roof will be a great value for whoever lives here next. For now, we’re very satisfied customers.
