Georgia Premier Roofing Introduce
For homeowners across Georgia, the roof over their heads is a critical component of their property's safety, value, and overall well-being. Battling Georgia's diverse weather, from humid summers to unexpected hail storms, necessitates a robust and reliable roofing system. When facing the need for roof repairs or a full replacement, finding a trustworthy and effective roofing contractor can be a challenging endeavor. Georgia Premier Roofing, based in Atlanta, GA, aims to be a solution for these essential home needs.

However, it's crucial for prospective clients to conduct thorough research and understand the full scope of their services and customer support, as customer experiences can vary. As with any significant home investment, homeowners are encouraged to seek clear, written agreements and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Georgia Premier Roofing brought in Precision to handle the third party insurance. Unknown to myself and possibly many others the two companies were feuding and threatening legal action against each other due to money and other reasons where the third party dropped the ball or GA Premier. They came 2 times to do my roof. First time the crew they used did it totally wrong. They left a mess and were gone until I complained about the two tone tiles and messy work.In the meantime I was told they would patch up holes I had that allowed water to come inside my walls. They said they would give me money to paint my ceiling and 2 areas in my house where I had water damage. The painting was going to cost about $5000 and they gave me about $1000 if that and they had someone who could do the work. They never delivered and the insurance gave money for that to be fixed and the roof based on the estimate they gave the insurance company. In spring of 2024, the company rep Tim Allen reaches out to say I owed some additional funds but dont worry about it if I gave a good review. They told me I still owed the money despite what their employee who told me in writing said verbally or written. Not to mention when they started reaching out Tim Allen no longer worked for the company. I have been caught in a nightmare I want out. They started my roof work in 2023 and finished it. Meanwhile I am helping my mother in NC with my father who was in and out of the hospital for 4 years. Add even more insult to injury I cannot get a perspn on the phone from either company to talk to each other because the money Tim told me not to worry about while going back and forth to NC and later having to take care of my husband was not gone away. Now I had to become the mediator between two feuding companies and locate a final payment from the third party to the roofing company. It took Precision several weeks of calling and emailing for them to finally send a check. Did I mention Precision had to send two checks.I tried reaching both parties because they were not answering Voicemail and emails. When they decided to call back I was dealing with a dying father and a sick husband for these last two years. Once my father passed away in 2024 and my husband passed 6 months later (it all started from a roofing nail he stepped on outside that was not cleaned up by the crews. He became septic rest his history). I have been preparing funerals, tying up loose ends for 2 households to find out wonderful Georgia Premier roofing put a lien on my house for $400 to $500 dollars. All because they could not reach me when they decided to start answering me from my constant contact before everything happened. Let me hurry to get them their money. Roof was supposed to be Architectural style like my neighbors I pointed out to them. It is not. I still have a prevalent soffit that needs to be fixed and some sealing above my window treatments they said they would fix. All in all please research the companies thoroughly before making any decisions. I wish I never used these people from the start. Buyer beware.....
Jun 21, 2025 · Shawn CooperTyler was very professional and straightforward with all of my questions to ensure a very successful finish on my new roof. All preliminary issues were addressed and fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The overall process took about 4 months from initial contact for top of the line quality shingles and the guys had my roof stripped and re-shingled in 10 hours. Achievement outstanding!
Aug 17, 2024 · D. HensonPlease read my review! I had a terrible experience with this company from the start, the representative that initiated this process for me was not thorough with what was going to be expected once the contract was signed. Although it is OUR job as the consumer or “client” to read the contract. There is only a 10 day grace period to cancel the follow through with the roof. I was not made aware of this, so when I tried to cancel the agreement because other financial issues became more precedent than a new roof, I was told i would have to pay 30% of the total roof build out in order to do so. 30% of 18,000 is $5,400. 5 grand for nothing, they had not started anything besides had a rep come to me (which these reps do not get paid unless they seal the deal for the roof to be completed) and a lawyer emailing my insurance company. Yet, I was quoted $7,400 to have the roof be completed. So $2,000 more and a get a roof or $2,000 less and i get nothing. The reps that come to our house and handle the “clients” still don't get paid if we pay the cancellation fee. The rep that I had Tyler B was the only reason why I (even in a financial burden) still chose to move forward with the build and paid the $7,400. He listened to me crying for weeks and every week he tried and tried and tried to help me find a solution. He was with me every step of the way and i really appreciated his kindness. He was also able to get me brand new gutters so that was a nice perk. The main point for my review is: this is a business and when doing business…just read the fine print and ask a lot questions and even ask to talk to another representative before signing anything. The company didn't technically do anything wrong, but the 30% cancellation fee is outrageous. The roof was completed in a timely manner, the roofers were efficient and cleaned up well. I probably would never recommend this company without HAVING TO RECOMMEND TYLER B from Jacksonville FL. Lesson learned as a first time homeowner.
Aug 13, 2024 · Cheyenne ETim Allen was the face of Georgia Premier Roofing and he managed my expectations at every step, answering all my questions thoroughly and with follow up to ensure my expectations were met. Tim was very responsive throughout the entire process. The installation of roof was done professionally and efficiently as promised, and took less than 2 days including cleanup. The result was a superior roof that is whisper quiet during rain and looks great. Couldn't be happier. My trust is hard earned and well deserved by Tim and Georgia Premier Roofing.
Aug 11, 2023 · Lawrence DickinsonIf only it was possible to give a zero. I hired the company Feb of last year. My insurance company sent a check in both their name and mine. They signed my name to the check and cashed it. They never came to do any work and they refuse to refund the money. The money was sent to them by precision claim who has emailed them to find out why they have not given me a refund and they never responded back. Now they are saying that they won't repair the roof until they are paid in full. Additionally they will not refund my monies with hitting me with a penalty and keeping some of the money
