Dan and his crew are great. He came out quickly to give us an estimate on new windows for our townhome. We discussed our needs and budget and he was very knowledgeable about windows. He was easy to reach and communicated regularly regarding the status of the window delivery and installation. On installation day, they worked hard and did an exceptional job, including clean up. We are very pleased and will definitely use Infinity Home Remodeling for future home repairs and upgrades!

Customer’s BEWARE!!!To be clear this 1 star review is reflective of Infinity Home Remodeling and NOT the products that we purchased (some of which we purchased on our own for a significantly lower cost since their distributor “couldn’t touch the price” we were receiving elsewhere for the same product.) Unfortunately this was a red flag that came after our project was underway. My husband works in the trades so we did our due diligence in interviewing several contractors before making a final decision for our home remodel which included replacing all the siding, windows and several doors on our home. After several discussions and meetings we signed with Infinity Home Remodeling- Dan was personable and made us feel like we weren’t just a project and that he cared about the work his company provided. However, all good things come to an end. The siding crew was efficient for the first day or so but as days went by we would point out things that didn’t look right or were left looking sloppy (discoloration of the first several rows of siding, caulking, seams). My children would find nails in the yard while playing. At first Dan was responsive and eager to correct these issues but as time went on he was present less and less and no longer was as responsive to the issues at hand. At one point telling us the discoloration on the siding would be washed off (and to this day still has a haze for which he did agree was an issue until he was notified that the siding company would not warranty it as it was not a product issue but rather a storage/installment problem.) Our project was stalled by having the wrong patio door installed, incorrect amount of materials obtained preventing completion, and our front door was replaced and didn’t fit properly without removing the threshold leaving gaps in the concrete which we were then told was our problem because it was out of their scope of business. *update* the contractor we did hire to trim the door was kind enough to show us that the door was installed unevenly and did correct it for us. To this day we still have unanswered questions. Very unfortunate circumstance. I hope this review helps prevent others from falling for the false advertisement of being a family first local business.

I highly recommend using Infinity Home Remodeling, Inc. for any exterior home project. After our home was damaged by hail, Dan and Rob assessed the amount of storm damage to our roof and siding and worked closely with our insurance company to ensure that we received coverage that we were entitled to. They identified additional damage that the inspectors sent by our insurance company had originally overlooked and worked with our insurance agents to get us covered for the additional damage. Rob and Dan provided us with multiple options for materials to replace our roof, siding, shutters, and gutters and help us come up with a great design concept for our home. Their crew completed the job in a timely manner and we are very happy with the final product. Rob and Dan are great guys, with a ton of experience, and I’m glad we chose them for our remodeling project.

Let me start with this, I have worked in the trades all of my adult life and the contractors I’ve worked with really didn’t like the fact that I know exactly what I’m talking about. Enter Dan and Infinity to replace our roof…. Dan and I got along real well from day one. He is a young guy that’s great at what he does and strives to do top notch work and make the process as painless as possible. Our roof needed to be completely replaced along with all of the plywood decking. Dan made sure the guys protected our deck which was just redone last year. The communication was great and fluid. Dan and crew took great pictures and drone shots and documented any issues they found, which is highly organized and professional. Overall the crew did an excellent job, the results are stunning. Dan came out after they were done and made sure there were no issues. He did find one thing that he felt wasn’t the best it could be, communicated it to me, and it will be addressed next week when the siding guys come to replace the soffit and fascia. The final thing will be new gutters and downspouts. I can’t wait to see it all finished. If you’re looking for quality work in roofing, I highly recommend Dan and Infinity. The bonus is you’re supporting small business and personally I really love doing that because the attention to detail is second to none. I will not hesitate to call Dan if I have any other projects in the future.P.S. I didn’t forget Rob!These guys are my kinda people!

For almost 3 years, I have been trying to find a local contractor to replace all of the original Andersen windows in my 35 year old home. A couple of contractors quoted me prices and then decided they didn't have the manpower to efficiently do the job or retired, and a couple of other well-known window replacement companies did song and dance shows with extremely high quotes following. Finally, I posted an inquiry to a neighborhood site called nextdoor.com and Daniel Alexander contacted me promptly about doing the job. I had decided on ProVia's "Endure" line of vinyl replacement windows and an Andersen gliding door and Daniel's quote was thoroughly detailed with prices quoted individually for each window and the sliding door. I also opted to have most of my interior window trim replaced, and the quote was very reasonable for everything and substantially better than one well-known competitor's price. It only took about a month from signing the contract to having all of the ProVia windows (25 of them) installed and the trim replaced inside and new capping on the outside. All of the contractors working for Infinity are well mannered, highly skilled, incredibly energetic and excellent at cleaning up each day on the job. It took only 2 days for 4 workers to install all of the windows and replace the trim, working until after 6 PM. The Andersen door was delivered a couple of weeks later and installed on a rainy Saturday!Daniel Alexander is the Production Manager and he is a young, bright, highly motivated individual dedicated to growing Infinity's business by engaging contractors who offer superior workmanship and providing excellent customer communications. He kept me advised in advance of projected delivery and install dates and visited the site each day to make sure everything was on schedule and to deliver any needed supplies.Finally, my long journey to having new windows installed has ended! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Daniel and Infinity. If you are interested in windows, doors, roofing, siding and gutters, give Daniel a call at Infinity.
