Mike Thrower and Integris RoofingOur 30 year old Lake Arrowhead 2.5 story home was coming do for a new roof so I started calling roofers and asking friends for referrals . A friend in a hiking group I hike with mentioned he had Mike Thrower at Integris roofing finishing up his roof as we spoke . I got his contact info and found out he had done 2 other roofs for people in our group and all had very good things to say about Mike and his company, If you are familiar with mountain contractors you know most are not very good at returning calls but Mike responded quickly and was quick to come over and explain the roofing options and provide a comprehensive bid. Some contractors used the access issues to really jack up the bid or just not want the job at all. My home like so many up here in the mountains don’t have good access for roofing supplier trucks with conveyor belts to deliver material to roof top , This creates a lot of extra work handling the new roof that probably weighs about 10000 pounds or more for my 30 square roof. Mikes crew was a very hard working group , always busy and amazingly neat and clean keeping the job site picked up. If I had any questions for Mike he was always very quick to respond. I can see why my friends in my hiking group had so much good to say about them. There is a certain amount of sticker shock in work being done on mountain home , but if you see somebody climbing a 20-30’ ladder carrying a 80# + bundle of roofing or painting your house that high you start to understand. You definitely want somebody with a contractors license and worker comp insurance. I can honestly say I would use Mike again and recommend him to anyone else. We have owned our home here in the mountains for over 28 years. Our shingles were old when we bought the home. During our Snowmageddon of last March, the shingles really took a beating. So, we called around, and after talking to Mike, at Integris Roofing, Inc., we asked him to come over and give us an estimate. Our home has three roof lines, one being very, very steep, and the other two, being steep. Mike gave us an estimate, and when it was time to do the work, we called and Mike scheduled us so that we could be prepared for rain and snow. The crew arrived before the scheduled time, and got right to work. It was a hard job, but these guys came to work, and nobody was "leaning on a shovel"! Every day, they showed up on time, or before, and worked even past when they were usually scheduled to leave. The crews did a fantastic and very professional job, and Mike did a great job at communicating with my wife and I, when we had questions. He was also quick to reply, and found the answers to the questions that we asked him. Each day, they cleaned up the job site, so they could start fresh the next day. It took them about one week to finish the entire job, and we could not be more satisfied with the work they did! Mike and his outstanding crew, were worth every single penny that we paid him, and we would recommend Integris Roofing to anyone who is seeking an honest, trustworthy, and skilled company to do such work on their home or business! I’ve never been one to post reviews… but I didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to praise Integris Roofing Inc. for a job well done. They are a first-class operation. From the initial phone consultation to the actual inspection, Mike Thrower is very professional and easy to talk to. He came over to our house and explained the entire process eloquently. When we decided to give him the job, he came back with a great selection of roof shingles to choose from. Then he gave us a start date and stood by his word, which speaks volumes up here on this mountain. On the first day, his crew arrived at least 30 minutes earlier to prepare and started working immediately. In fact, they always came earlier, never showed up late, which my husband and I were very impressed.His crew introduced themselves, so we knew who they were, and were very polite. I expressed all my concerns about our home and landscaping. I just had all this landscaping done with many roses and beautiful flowers that had just bloomed, and they reassured me that they would not hurt them and stood by their word. Also, they cleaned up all the mess every day before they left. And that was very important because we live in a strict community in Shelter Cove. And I also just had my entire house painted, and they also cleaned off all the marking left from the shingles being removed from the roof. In the beginning, I was so worried about damage to the house. Also, my beautiful plants and landscaping, but everything went smoothly, and everyone treated our property with the utmost respect. Also, In the middle of the job, they noticed that someone glued our skylights and flashing together and replaced them with new flashing and skylights. If they never had told us, we would have never known. But again it showed how honest and how much pride they take in their work. Not to mention, we were impressed with the swift timing it took them to complete the job!So absolutely, we highly recommend them and know that you will also be delighted because we are not always the best clients because of our high expectations and standards which often make us very difficult to please. However, there is no one else that I would ever call for our roofing needs. Thank you so much, Mike and your fantastic team, for meeting all of our expectations.

We hired them to install a Gambrel roof for a house. Then, we had many leakage issues during the winter. The furniture and the walls were damaged as a result. It was difficult to get a hold of the owner and communicate. They agreed to repair the "horrible roof job" and caulked the roof but that did not help. I received bad customer service: poor communication, no follow up and no compensation for the damages from Integris Roofing. I regret hiring them and will NOT recommend them.
