i can't say enough good things about Masters Roof Service. we are extremely happy with our complete roof tear off, new shingles, skylight replacement, and new gutters. the price was very reasonable and the service has been excellent. we've already told our neighbors and friends in pico rivera about how trustworthy and reliable they are. besides the great work, what really stood out was how much we could count on them. after getting quotes from about 10 other roofing companies, we were originally focused on finding a 'preferred' or 'platinum' contractor, but then we met brady from the crew. even though they weren’t on that list, we immediately felt comfortable. brady asked the right questions and answered all of our follow-up questions quickly, which none of the others did. i even called about the warranties and found out that as long as the roof is installed to manufacturer specs, the warranty is the same no matter who does it. companies with those certifications just tend to be bigger and have more overhead. we chose this team and couldn't be happier. months later, after a heavy rain, we noticed a leak and texted brady. he replied right away and showed up the next morning with the crew. after lots of water testing, they found out the leak wasn’t actually from the roof but from an old plumbing vent that wasn't capped properly by whoever did a previous addition. even though it wasn’t a roofing issue, they took care of us completely. when it comes to warranties and service, they really do go above and beyond. we couldn’t be more satisfied.
