Pacific Coast Roofing Reviews
job
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Ok so now it is a year since this company has not responded to my complaint about all the gaps on my roof caused by shoddy work. Do not use Pacific roofing company unless you want shoddy work done on your house as well and be charged maximum amount of money. Water still coming in when it rains which is daily, rain season.I am adding this part of review after my original because the carpenters that work for Joe Titus, owner of Pacific Coast roofing, did a terrible job. They broke off pieces of my original concrete in removing and installing the new gable ends of my roof as they needed replacing too, but I did not know they were working for Joe"s team. They filled in holes THEY MADE using tubes of caulking!! It is concrete! They made a mess and left openings around their work that squirrels and other critters can get into my roof! I have sent messages to Joe when I saw all the damage and gaps around their work. I also included photos of their POOR work and to date, since last August, I have not heard a peep from JOE. He has not even responded at all. If he were to respond and repair the work, I will change my review, but he has not and I give them a poor review at this time until he or a better carpenter does this repair to my gable work, I paid over $20,000 for a single family home, excessive, but the roof looks nice and it doesn't leak. The gables are terrible and the carpenters didn't even use new materials!! They re-used my old window vents instead of replacing them with new ones. Shoddy work in my opinion and Joe not responding is the icing on cake! Also my flat roof in rear of the house had a rain diverter over the door, they did NOT replace so now when it rains, I cannot use my back door and the rain is ruining my stucco out back. It rains on the back wall now and rain comes in onto my carpet! Not good JOE!!!!! Still haven't heard from him, raining now so I am angry about it. My back wall is soaked today with this rain!Stucco is cracking off the wall as it is swollen, water behind it.Very good roofing company they do the work quickly & efficiently they have a lot of people working at once and they can get your roof out in a day. Quality work they've been in business for 35 years but please don't go to their office as you will be disappointed by the girl in their office, she's got a really big mouth and a nasty attitude and does not know when to shut the hell up. Look for an argument if you enter their office, but do business by phone and ask for Joe and you will be fine... they do a great job and you will be satisfied if you get your roof done by Pacific Coast Roofing.
