It is intended to help local consumers in the Nebraska region learn more about this business and its reported practices before making a hiring decision for their property.
Choosing a contractor is a significant decision, and for a major investment like a roof, due diligence is critical. The following information is presented factually, drawing directly from the provided public feedback. It is a guide for understanding the reported experiences with Rocc Solid Construction, covering everything from their business operations to their alleged conduct with both customers and their own staff. The goal is to provide a clear and informative resource, enabling local Nebraskans to proceed with a full understanding of the public narrative surrounding this business. It is always wise to gather multiple bids and check references from any contractor you are considering.
The reviews provided offer a unique and detailed perspective, highlighting a number of serious concerns that a potential client should be aware of. These are not simply minor complaints but fundamental issues regarding business ethics, management, and project execution. A factual and professional overview requires acknowledging these concerns to provide a complete picture. While many companies experience minor issues, the nature and consistency of the feedback provided for Rocc Solid Construction raise questions that prospective clients should consider carefully. This article will break down these issues in a structured format, mirroring the information provided in the public reviews.
Rocc Solid Construction is located at 5358 F St, Omaha, NE 68117, USA. This physical address places the business in the heart of Omaha, theoretically making its services accessible to residents throughout the metropolitan area. For any business, having a physical location provides a sense of legitimacy and a point of contact for clients. However, accessibility extends beyond a physical address and also includes the ability to conduct business in a professional and timely manner. The phone number provided for the business is (402) 319-2911, which serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries and service requests. The mobile number is listed as +1 402-319-2911. While this information is publicly available, the reviews provided suggest that accessibility and communication with the company may be complicated by alleged internal issues, which is a key point for any local homeowner to consider.
The provided information also details that the ownership of the business is not singular, with Rocco owning half and a person named Andrew Gates identified as the "real owner." The reviews also make reference to a Roofing General Manager, Seth Custer. This structure and the alleged conduct of the owners and managers, as reported in the reviews, are important factors for any local considering their services. The provided feedback alleges that the internal workings of the business, from management to material procurement, have had a direct and negative impact on both employees and customers. Therefore, while the company’s physical location is fixed, its operational stability and accessibility, as reported by others, is a point of concern.
Based on the provided public reviews and general industry knowledge, Rocc Solid Construction appears to offer services typically associated with a roofing contractor. However, the reviews also mention significant issues with the delivery and execution of these services.
- Roofing Services: The company is identified as a roofing contractor, and a review mentions a client expecting a roof to be done.
- Material Ordering: The reviews mention that the company is responsible for ordering materials for jobs, a standard service in the industry. However, it is alleged that these materials are not ordered on time, leading to significant delays for customers.
- Client Contracting: The company reportedly enters into contracts with clients for roofing projects. A review mentions that this process may be fraught with issues, including alleged contract manipulation and the disappearance of signed agreements.
This list is based solely on the functions described in the provided reviews. While these are common services for a construction company, the descriptions are tied to serious negative allegations, which should be the primary takeaway for a local consumer.
The provided reviews highlight numerous features and alleged practices of Rocc Solid Construction that are highly concerning and should be considered by any local individual or business before engaging with the company. These are presented as they were reported in the reviews.
- Allegations of Non-Payment: A review from a former employee alleges that the company "WILL NOT pay you," a claim that raises serious concerns about their business practices and financial stability.
- Significant Project Delays: A client is advised to "expect the roof to take a long time" due to what a former employee describes as "incompetent management" and failure to order materials on time. One specific example given was a one-month delay on a job.
- Questionable Financial Conduct: A review makes a direct and serious allegation that a co-owner, Rocco, lost a significant amount of money ($50,000) at a casino, leading to a claim that the company is trying to increase insurance costs to "put more money in their pocket."
- Claims of Scamming and Unethical Behavior: The company is directly referred to as "scam artists" and a "garbage" company. Allegations include falsifying contracts, having other employees sign a top salesman's customers, and then making his contracts "disappear."
- Allegations of Fake Reviews: A former employee claims that a Roofing General Manager, Seth Custer, posted a fake 5-star review for the company without having work done. The review suggests that the company may be trying to mislead the public through false praise.
This information, as reported in the reviews, provides a troubling look into the alleged internal workings and public-facing practices of the business.
For those who wish to contact the company, the following information is available.
Address: 5358 F St, Omaha, NE 68117, USA
Phone: (402) 319-2911
Given the serious nature of the allegations presented in the provided reviews, any communication with this company should be approached with extreme caution.
Based on the provided public reviews, Rocc Solid Construction appears to be highly unsuitable for local Nebraskans. The overwhelming and consistent negative feedback from both customers and former employees points to a pattern of alleged unprofessional, unethical, and potentially illegal business practices. The claims of non-payment, significant project delays, alleged scamming, and poor management are all factors that would make any consumer think twice. For local residents, the most crucial aspect of a contractor is their reliability and integrity, especially when entrusting them with a major project like a new roof or a repair. The information presented in these reviews directly contradicts the idea that this company is a trustworthy or dependable choice. A professional and responsible conclusion must acknowledge these serious allegations and, in light of them, advise local consumers to exercise an extremely high level of caution or to seek a different, more reliable contractor for their roofing needs. The details shared by those who have dealt with the company directly serve as a critical warning for anyone considering hiring them.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Horrible experience, and I would not recommend working with them. They WILL NOT pay you. And if you are a client with them, expect the roof to take a long time and they are making your insurance spend more to put more money in their pocket because Rocco (the Rocc solid owner, that actually only owns half the business, ANDREW GATES IS THE REAL OWNER! Much better owner as well) he spend 50k at the casino and LOST. SO if you need a roof done to NOT go with Rocc solid they will scam you.
Jun 21, 2025 · Alexis Carbonell SmithI worked for this company in Omaha... was promised the world but fun fact! This company is garbage.Fake promises poor management... Their Roofing General Manager "Seth Custer" (who gave Rocc Solid Roofing a 5 star rating but never had his roof done.... Hmmm and Andrew Gates a co owner... I love fake reviews... Time to get real..), Seth the GM, didn't even know what the next door app was(and he's a roofing sales general manager??)Rocc Solid Roofing doesn't order the materials for jobs on time when they promise a deadline to the customer and winds up being 1month out because of incompetent management...(This action lost me a sale with a $8,000 commission, they had months to order materials.. I gave them a material list for the job....and they forgot to order anyways..)I had 14 confirmed sales that were signed under my name when I worked at Rocc Solid Roofing... I was Omaha's top salesman for roofs (so... you'd think they'd want me out there getting sale after sale because I was killing it on my own....Wiith Rocc Solid Roofing, I could never go on my own(lbecause I had to train 2 people(which isn't my job) while I was in training...You'd think one sale would go though so I could get paid... But no, RoccSolid Roofing made up new contracts ... And had other salesmen/women who work for Rocc Solid Roofing go to my customer who I sold too... and sign their name as the salesman with that days date... So they could push out delivery date of materials and mysteriously, my contracts end up disappearing (in the shredder) or never to be found again(but I have pics of each sale/ signatureSo I could send to our group chat to motivate people n let them know where the damage is to help me teamWe were supposed to get 25% commission up front for getting a sale.Don't trust this company to "help" you save money.. they're scam artists...
Feb 13, 2025 · BrandonSeth is a good guy to work with. He’s always available to take your calls. He’s here with the adjuster to ensure that my roof is getting new like it should then when it was time for the roof to be put on the guys were here on time and did a fantastic job of putting on the shingles and after they were done, they went around and cleaned everything up and went through the driveway in the grass and everything to make sure there was no nails, all the work was done right and on time.I could not be more happier with this company.
Aug 13, 2024 · BarbWe had a few issues with insurance, which is no fault of Rocc solid. I had relayed how we got screwed over many years ago by another contractor. Seth personally came out to look over what needed to be done to fix what the other contractor messed up.We are VERY satisfied with everything Rocc solid has done for our home. They all kept communication open and made things easier for us.I would recommend Rocc solid roofing to anybody who has damage from the storms or looking to do other home improvements.
