The main positive experience with this company was their assistance with our insurance claim. There were some delays initially, but once it was elevated to the owner, the communication was prompt. Just over a year after the install we discovered two leaks, that had clearly been happening for quite a while. We called the company many times over the course of a few weeks. We received only one call back, from a scheduler, who said he would 'have to check schedulers to see if he could get someone to come take a look'. We waited two weeks and called several times, but did not get a response. We posted a Google review detailing our concerns, and they responded to the Google Review, but still did not call. However, two days later a crew came out and confirmed that we had two leaks, due to the lack of an installation of a flashing. We asked why this was not installed, and they said "because it was not on the work order". This crew is a third-party contracted crew, and the crew that installed the roof in the first place. They repaired the leaks that day. We asked them about replacing the drywall in our garage, that was damaged in the leaks. They said we have to call TRS for that. We called that day and we were told the owner would need to call us for that and the owner would be asked to call us. This was 8 business days ago (12 total days). We called again and were told the owner is out of town and they did not know when they would return, but they would let them know. We asked if we could speak to someone else to make a plan and discuss the issue. The person said no, we need to talk to the owner, Erika, who we cannot have their direct number. At this time, I would not recommend this company. I recommend working with a company who prioritizes communication. We were not expecting immediate service, but if there was an issue with installation that caused damage, minimally calling and talking to the customer and generating a plan would be good business practice.

I where is he even begin? Total restoration first came to my house about 3 years ago. In 2021. We had a leak in the ceiling and called around to figure out what to do because we were nervous. Angie and Jason the owner swooped in like they were superheroes and said they're a local family business and are just want to make sure we're well taken care of.A year of headache and dealing with my insurance agency, plus about $8,000 Later we were said and done.3 years later due to family issues. I was forced to sell my home in the inspection. We found out that there were several inches of insulation missing and the job was not done up to code.So I reached out to the family friendly business at Total Restoration. However, they were anything but friendly.Jason and Angie were on vacation and the manager Joe was replying.Our first phone call he threatened to hang up on me several times.Each email, wherein I was just trying to understand what was covered/what was in our previous contact, Joe was incredibly rude and dismissiveI reached out to Angie and Jason directly, but it appears unless money is involved they won't reply. It has been several months now and I not so much as for a follow up emailThankfully I worked the issue out myself.Work aside, I advise against Total Restoration purely based on their attitude.Don't fall for the family atmosphere and "friendly" attitude; At the end of the day they are contractors that only care about making a buck.Attached are photos about how I was treated for asking questions about my contract.I was harshly spoken to and told to review a contact that I was not understanding.My questions were pertaining if my work was up to code (which it wasn't) and why it was not brought up to code.If you want to be treated this way, I cannot recommend TRS enough!

After the longest wait to get his work done on his house, my father in law finally got it done. They seem to not rush once they have a signed contract. They did do nice work on the siding and roof. My advice after all I seen him I seen him go through with them would to pick someone else and do your homework about the company. After all the work is done, they didn't even clean screws or nails from the completed roof or the race below. And Im not talking about a few screws, I'm saying 100's as if they didn't even clean and the house as multiple children residing there. Ridiculous!Attached is a picture of just what I found the other day on the front lawn. What i picked up in 20 minutes. Smh

Wasted thousands on my restoration that started leaking within a week. When I complained, they accused *me* of causing the damage. Their team’s rude behaviour was shocking—no empathy, no solutions. Clearly scammers who cut corners. Bad service’s and dishonest practices.
