Bob and the WickRight team were AMAZING! I initially started my roofing repair journey for my condo a couple years ago. Initially, we bid it out to several contractors w/ WickRight being in the mix. However, our condo board ended up choosing the cheapest contractor. That was a HUGE MISTAKE! You sometimes get what you pay for!The roofing contractor we went with ended up walking off the job after a couple weeks leaving the job unfinished and not in the best of shape...all while storms were in the forecast. I reached out to Bob and WickRight and b/c of the urgency, he re-worked his schedule and had folks onsite the next day to make the necessary repairs to prevent any storm damage.Because of the seasonal timing and needing to secure additional funds, we had to wait almost another year to finish the rest of the roof that needed to be replaced. When we re-engaged with WickRight, they were very communicative throughout the process and upfront about there being potential unseen damages that could raise the initial estimates. We were not only happy with WickRight's innovative product, we were also elated with their installation of the product and the overall roof replacement and repairs. I cannot say enough good things about WickRight!

I found WickRight because they have been doing projects all around our neighborhood. These guys are rock stars! Diane, with whom I spoke first, really knew her stuff and their products. Bob Kelly appeared the next day to estimate the roof work. Clearly, they had spoken because he knew exactly what we talked about. WickRight wasn't the only company that I spoke with and it was obvious that this wasn't Bob's first rodeo. We discussed different approaches to the repair, costs, and within a couple of days I had their estimate. 2 weeks later the work was done. On budget. By the way, their crew was impressive. They were fast, clean, courteous to my neighbors, and my roof leaks were solved. I highly recommend WickRight.

Our condo building was facing serious water damage from our roof and brick work, especially around the window frames. WickRight was able to come and assess the damage, provided us a prioritized list of solutions and worked with us to get it scheduled before the next winter hit. They were consistently providing us updates throughout the project, flexible to solve the issues the right way and setting our building up to stand for the long term. It was a pleasure to work with both Bob, Diane and their team. The water damage issues have been resolved and they didn't make us break the bank to do it! Bob Kelly is absolutely THE person you want for water intrusion issues in your home. He is extremely knowledgable and thoughtful about repairs and recognizes that each issue requires a custom strategy. His work is high quality, creative and effective. He knows what he is doing and is undaunted by tricky issues that might scare away other contractors. We contacted him originally for assistance with water issues around our windows. It took him many months to actually begin the job, but once he did, the work was impeccable and we have not had an issue since. Most recently, he has helped us with masonry repair and preventative venting to address water issues on both the south and north elevations of our home. He contracts with people who, as he does, do only the highest quality work. He oversees all aspects of the project and communicates regularly with clients for the duration of the job . While this most recent repair has just been completed, I have full confidence that he has repaired the issue. I am going into the winter undaunted by whatever extreme weather might come our way.The only area for improvement I would suggest for WickRight is tighter communication with clients around job start dates. They are extremely good, and they are often called into emergency situations that they could not foresee. As a result, clients in their queue who have less urgent issues can get bumped from promised start dates, sometimes for months at a time. I understand this, but I would appreciate proactive, rather than reactive communication from WickRight about delays so clients know what to expect. When clients deposit with you for a job, perhaps spell out up front that although a start date exists in the books, it is subject to change should emergency projects arise. Perhaps adjust pricing to compensate clients for a start date that you've missed, especially if the job is significantly delayed.This being said, Bob Kelly and WickRight will be our go-to for any water issues we have in the future.
