The region’s weather, from harsh winter freezes to summer humidity, demands a robust and well-maintained exterior to protect your most valuable asset. When considering a contractor, it's important to look at the features and highlights that define their service. In the case of ADVANCED ROOFING & SIDING, public feedback offers a mixed but informative picture:
- Speed of Service: One customer review highlights their efficiency, stating, "I couldn't believe how quick they did it!" This suggests that for some projects, the company is capable of fast and timely completion, which is a major advantage for homeowners who want to minimize disruption.
- Quality of Work: The same positive review notes that they "did an excellent job," indicating that their craftsmanship can be of a high standard. This speaks to the expertise of their crew and the quality of the final outcome.
- Professional Recommendations: A customer who had a positive experience "would highly recommend them and use them again," which is a strong endorsement of their professionalism and the satisfaction they can provide.
- Communication Challenges: On the other hand, some feedback points to significant communication issues. A customer detailed a frustrating experience trying to contact the owner, Dean, for repairs, stating that calls, texts, and emails went unanswered. The review mentioned that the mailbox was full, preventing voicemails, and there was no reply to other forms of contact.
- Cost and Reliability Issues: The same negative review highlighted that the owner, Dean, "changed the cost 3 times during the work," which created an unhappy situation for the customer. This suggests potential issues with initial estimates and project management, which is an important consideration for homeowners planning their budget.

ADVANCED ROOFING & SIDING Reviews
I used this company to do my siding. The provided a proposal and after reviewing other companies I decided to use Advanced Roofing and siding even if they were higher in cost. The owner changed the cost 3 times during the work.Although I was unhappy with the situation I had no choice but to let him continue the work. Two years later all the small trim around the roof line and along the garage side started falling off and I found the pieces all over the yard. I tried to call the owner to no avail, you cannot leave a voice mail since his mail box is full. I senthim a text and I received no reply. I sent him an email and again no reply. I currently working with the Consumer protection agency and the Better Business Bureau to see if they are able to reach him and let him do the right thing. I saw the response from the owner of this company and his information is absolutely incorrect. My house is not a new construction as a matter of fact my house is very old. I called the phone several times and emailed the business with no response. The owner who’s name is Dean was the one that provided the quote. He is the one I have been trying to to reach with no success.
