They spent 5 months to lay floor through 1300 square feet , tile in 2 small bathrooms ,and paint and trim. Randy would say someone would be coming the next day for two weeks at a stretch, and then there would be some new story. The first guy that he sent to do the paint and trim. Spent several days walking in and out of the house and not actually doing anything other than try to pick up girls over the phone. He was obvious high on some kind of upper. I told Randy I didn't feel comfortable with him in the house . It then took him almost a month to get anyone else back over.The flooring went in with multiple issues. Several places started coming up. This was all fixed with super glue! Plus the underlayment was a thin as a garbage can liner even though he assured us we'd received the industry standard. I just recently felt what our floors should feel like and I'm dismayed again that I let this guy con me and my family out of our time and the insurance money. I'll vet much more thoroughly next time I hire a contractor.One guy from the flooring crew made a huge mess with the caulking. That took several sessions to clean up then they sent this same guy out to do the tile in the master bath. It looked like something out of Dr Seuss when he was finished . The guy who had done a really good job on the hall tile came and mostly fixed that bath. There's just one line that's off that bugs me every time I take a shower and rue the day I met Randy Sigalas and bought into his line of bull. So the hall vanity didn't make it to the house, the first time for three months after ordering it. The guy he had to install it busted it trying to maneuver it into the bathroom and then tried to act like it wasn't anything major even though one piece of wood completely cracked all the way through. So then we waited a few more weeks for the vanity to arrive again.The mirror got cracked putting this one in so we had to get a new mirror. So after all this time and aggravation the install guy realized the fixtures from the old vanity won't fit. Randy said I have to pay that because I chose that vanity. I'm like your the frigging contractor how am I supposed to know what was going to fit. You told me the size and I showed my wife which ones came in that size and she picked one. I was t going to pay him until he agreed to pay for the fixtures. But my wife was so sick of him she said let's just pay for that and be done with him and his insane circus of lies and delays. Randy is usually polite and agreeable, but Iit could be very hard to get him on the phone. nobody ever came on time. The painter trim Guys were super flaky. One of the tile guys was probably the most incompetent worker I ever met. Pepe did pretty good. This is just a small slice of the horrible travesty i experienced working with this pathetic excuse for a contracting company. We keep have pieces of the floor pop up. My wife doesn't ever want Randy or any of his associates near our house again. So we will probably have to hire someone to fix this when we can . Please hire someone else.

Please do NOT trust nor hire this company. It is unfortunate that I have to leave a review such as this but the owner Randy took advantage of my elderly mother and her insurance company. He quoted her for the job of restoring her home after experiencing water damage and told her it would take 3-4 weeks to complete. It ended up taking this company 9 months to complete because the workers barely showed up and Randy used the upfront funds provided on other jobs rather than to buy the materials for my mother’s house. After months of lying about supply delays and shipping issues, he finally came clean about not having the money to buy what was needed and had the audacity to ask for more money from her. It broke my heart every time I had a conversation with her because she was displaced from her home and continuously being lied to. She eventually removed projects from Randy’s scope of work to outsource those to more reliable vendors in hopes to speed up her ability to move back home.The grand finale though is that even though Randy’s portion is complete and she has paid Randy for the job… there are now subcontractors he NEVER paid hounding her for payments even though he received the funds from her to pay them.The situation is truly all around very sad and unfortunate. I honestly believe that everything would have been avoided and she would have been in her home months earlier had she selected a different and more reliable company.Please, please, please read all the reviews and trust the negative ones. I wish my mother had.

Catalano Enterprises was A pleasure to work with, as we remodeled our 2 bathrooms. Randy made sure every detail was on point and to our satisfaction. He even went so far to fix an issue for us, at no extra cost. Our insurance company agent, was happy with the company we chose. Our agent confirmed that many household owners have used this company with no concerns. Very reliable and trustworthy. The contractors were very hard working and kind. Thank you for taking care of us. We are highly satisfied.

BRAVO!! I highly recommend Catalano Enterprises!! The AC lines in my attic were clogged resulting in flooding of the attic, which eventually caused the ceiling to fall through in my guest bedroom. Catalano came highly recommended from a number of vendors. The owner Randy made time to review what was needed to repair severe damages as I had family coming in for Thanksgiving. His workers, Claudio and son were extremely conscientious and provided masterful work in the agreed-upon timeframe. Randy actually matched his workers up to the needs I had with great sensitivity. His expertise, guidance and business acumen were truly excellent.Two months later, I had another flooding incident and once again Randy and his team came to the rescue. He provided rates that I could work with with keen sensitivity to my budget as I had had so many repairs done within a short period of time which Insurance was not paying in full due to an extremely high deductible. He helped me choose the line items within a strict budget and the work came out beautiful with a high degree of expertise. Use this company and you will be extremely happy!!……..

They may do great work, but they do not pay their subcontractors. They hired EL Smith Plumbing to do work on 5 jobs in Jan (1), Feb (3) and March (1), 2024 and have not paid their bills. They have been contacted several times in several different ways and still have not paid their debt. As of 7/10/24. They still have not paid their debt to us.7-23-24 - 6 days since Catalano replied that they would look into getting this resolved and we have still heard nothing from them. smh
