Crown Cap Roofing

Roofing contractor, Contractor ★4.0

4.0
Extremely Disappointed with Crown Cap Roofing's Services! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Crown Cap Roofing and feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. From start to finish, their services were incredibly subpar, leaving me to deal with numerous inconveniences and unaddressed issues. First and foremost, the crew from Crown Cap Roofing displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Despite promises of a clean site, they left nails and screws scattered throughout my property. As a result, not only did I find myself constantly worried about the safety of my small children, but both of my vehicles suffered multiple flat tires. This negligence is completely unacceptable and put both my family and our belongings at risk. Piles of debris were left on numerous places of the property, I was told someone would come by and collect all the trash and debris that same day, I waited 3 days before I called Mario, the first thing he did was deny any responsibility to this matter but eventually had a hauling truck come by and collect the trash. Well it turns out the person driving the hauling truck hit one of my neighbors car and said nothing, eventually we found out through surveillance videos. Furthermore, one would expect a roofing company to be competent in dealing with inclement weather. However, when it rained, water seeped into my house, causing considerable damage. Crown Cap Roofing also managed to break my house's gutters in the process. They reassured me that the gutters would be promptly replaced, but they never followed through on their promise. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their commitments shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, the timeframe for completion of the job was outrageous. What should have been a simple roofing project turned into a never-ending nightmare that dragged on for over 8 months. Their inability to meet deadlines and deliver on their promises was utterly frustrating and demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and organization. In summary, my experience with Crown Cap Roofing was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they leave dangerous debris all over my property, leading to multiple flat tires, but they also failed to address the water damage and broken gutters, despite making assurances otherwise. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to meet timelines were simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise against hiring Crown Cap Roofing for any roofing needs, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and unprofessional. - Oswaldo Mayorquin

Crown Cap Roofing Introduce

In the bustling urban landscape of Los Angeles, California, homeowners and business owners have a vast number of options when it comes to choosing a roofing contractor. Crown Cap Roofing is one such company, located in the Los Angeles area. For any professional service, it's crucial for consumers to gather all available public data to make an informed decision, and a key part of that process is reviewing customer feedback. Public reviews for Crown Cap Roofing, while limited in number, offer a window into past client experiences. It's important for potential customers to carefully consider all feedback, both positive and negative, to form a comprehensive understanding of a company's performance. The reviews available for Crown Cap Roofing highlight a range of experiences, with some customers expressing significant dissatisfaction with the services they received. These testimonials point to a variety of issues, including concerns about project timelines, communication, and the quality of the work performed. These are all critical factors to consider when hiring a contractor for a major home or business project. A thorough review of a company's history is essential for anyone looking to protect their property and make a sound investment. The process of selecting a roofing contractor should involve due diligence, including checking for valid licensing, insurance, and references, in addition to reviewing online feedback. By carefully evaluating all available information, local residents in Los Angeles can better navigate their choices and find a contractor that aligns with their expectations for professionalism, quality, and reliability. This overview aims to provide a factual and objective look at the public data available for Crown Cap Roofing, allowing you to incorporate this information into your decision-making process.

Crown Cap Roofing is located at 11040 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025, USA. This address places the company in a high-traffic, accessible area of Los Angeles, a prime location for serving the city and its surrounding communities. Santa Monica Boulevard is a major thoroughfare, which suggests that the company is well-positioned to reach clients across a wide geographical area. For anyone in Los Angeles, the convenience of a centrally located contractor is a key factor, as it can potentially impact response times for consultations, repairs, and project management. However, it's important to note that a company's physical location does not guarantee a positive service experience. The public reviews available for Crown Cap Roofing mention concerns about communication and project management, which are important considerations that might not be reflected by a company's address alone. For local users, the proximity of a contractor is a starting point, but a more thorough investigation is necessary to ensure they are the right fit for the job. The reviews, for example, touch on issues like a hauling truck hitting a neighbor's car, suggesting that while the company's base is in Los Angeles, the on-the-ground operational logistics may have, at least in the past, presented challenges. Therefore, while the company's location is a known entity, potential clients should use this information as part of a broader evaluation of the company's service record. The strategic location in a major metropolitan area like Los Angeles could be an advantage, but it must be weighed against other factors, such as customer feedback and the company's operational history, to form a complete picture.

While public information does not provide a formal list of services, a company operating as a roofing contractor in Los Angeles would typically offer a range of services related to roof installation, repair, and maintenance. Based on the available public reviews, it can be inferred that Crown Cap Roofing has performed work that includes full roofing projects, as one customer mentioned a "never-ending nightmare that dragged on for over 8 months" and another referred to having "3/4 of a new roof." This suggests their services likely encompass a full spectrum of roofing needs. A professional roofing contractor in California would generally offer the following services, though it's important to note that the quality of execution may vary based on the available feedback:

  • New Roof Installation: The company appears to handle projects for new roof installations, as referenced by the customer who mentioned their project was for a "new roof." This service would typically involve the tear-off of an old roof and the installation of a new one.

  • Roof Repair: One review mentions a customer dealing with "numerous cracks in my walls" and water seeping into their house, which suggests that repair services were either part of the project or were needed as a result of the work. A competent roofer would be expected to address repairs and water-related issues.

  • Project Management and Timelines: A core aspect of a roofing project is the management of the timeline and the execution of the work. While reviews indicate that this was an area of concern for Crown Cap Roofing, it is still a service that a roofing contractor is expected to provide.

  • Debris Disposal: The public data mentions the company's responsibility for handling debris, with one review noting that "piles of debris were left on numerous places of the property" and that a "hauling truck" was eventually sent. This suggests that debris disposal is a part of their service, though the execution may have been an issue.

  • Home Improvement Services: A review mentioned that the company broke the house's gutters and promised to replace them, suggesting that related home improvement services, or at least the repair of ancillary damage, are part of their offerings, or at least were discussed as a part of the project.

The available public reviews for Crown Cap Roofing offer several features and highlights, though they are presented from a perspective of extreme dissatisfaction. It's crucial to present these points factually, as they are part of the public record. One review mentions that "Mario was a nice person to deal with when he came by to check on the job," which could be seen as a positive aspect of their customer-facing interactions. However, this is contradicted by a later statement in the same review that "they dropped the ball big time." Other reviews point to a number of features that were not highlights, but rather, significant issues. A primary concern was a "complete lack of professionalism," which included leaving "nails and screws scattered throughout my property," leading to "multiple flat tires." This negligence is a major red flag for a roofing contractor. Another key issue mentioned was a failure to complete the job, with one customer stating they were left with "3/4 of a new roof" and a "big mess to clean up." This speaks to a lack of follow-through and project completion. The reviews also highlight a lack of accountability, as a hauling truck driver reportedly hit a neighbor's car and left the scene, which was only discovered through surveillance footage. Furthermore, a customer mentioned that when it rained, "water seeped into my house, causing considerable damage," which is a fundamental failure for a roofing company. Finally, both reviews mentioned issues with project timelines, with one describing the process as a "never-ending nightmare that dragged on for over 8 months," and the other noting that the process was "lengthy." These features, while negative, are a key part of the public data available for this company and provide valuable insights for potential customers. They highlight significant concerns regarding professionalism, quality of work, safety, and project management that should be carefully considered.

For those interested in contacting Crown Cap Roofing, the following information is publicly available. The main phone number is (424) 248-0778, and the mobile phone number is +1 424-248-0778. It is important to note that the reviews available from past customers contain specific details and concerns, and anyone contacting the company should be prepared to ask pointed questions based on this feedback. The reviews mention a person named Mario, who was involved in project oversight. This information may be useful for potential clients to know who they might be speaking with. The feedback from past customers also highlights a need for clear, documented agreements and a proactive approach to communication. A customer mentioned having to wait for three days to have debris collected after being told it would be picked up "that same day," and another noted missing "several days of work for him to no show." This suggests that any communication with the company should be carefully documented and confirmed. While the provided contact information is a starting point, the reviews indicate that it's crucial to be diligent in all interactions with the company. For a local resident in Los Angeles, the best course of action would be to use the provided phone numbers for inquiries, but to be prepared to ask detailed questions about project timelines, cleanup procedures, and accountability for any potential damage, based on the information available from other customers' experiences.

When considering Crown Cap Roofing for a project in Los Angeles, California, it is essential for local users to weigh all available information. The company's location on Santa Monica Boulevard is a convenient starting point for a contractor serving a large metropolitan area. However, the public reviews for this company raise a number of serious concerns that must be addressed. The feedback from multiple customers highlights significant issues with professionalism, project management, and the quality of the work. Specifically, concerns were raised about dangerous debris being left on a property, failure to address water damage and broken gutters, and an inability to meet project timelines. While one review mentioned a nice person to deal with, the overwhelming sentiment of the public data is negative, with customers "strongly advis against hiring" the company. For a local resident, these testimonials are a critical resource, providing a clear picture of what a past service experience was like. In a market as competitive as Los Angeles, there are countless roofing contractors to choose from, and the decision often comes down to reputation and reliability. Based on the public data, Crown Cap Roofing has a history of performance issues that would be a significant concern for any homeowner or business owner. Therefore, while the company is physically located in the area, the available public record suggests that local users should exercise extreme caution and would likely be better served by exploring other options with a stronger track record of customer satisfaction and professionalism. For a project as important as a roof, choosing a contractor with a proven history of high-quality work and clear communication is paramount, and the public feedback for Crown Cap Roofing indicates that this may not be the case.
