I could not have been happier with Custom Enterprises and the hard work Dustin put in to get our roof repaired - the right way!! We had a tree fall on one side of our roof which damaged both our roof and our gutters.Our roof shingles were no longer available to patch the portion of the roof that was damaged and Dustin negotiated with our insurance company for months to ensure we got approved for a full repair to our roof. Dustin went above and beyond including making numerous trips to our property to collect and deliver every thing our insurnace requested (which was a bit extensive, in my own opinion). Our insurance company was not easy to work with, but Dustin advocated for us and our home every step of the way.Dustin made the process of handling our insurnace company seem easy, although it was quite substantial. Not to mention, his team did amazing work on our new roof and gutters. Thank you!

Our home was damaged in a hail storm in June, 2017. The damage included roof, siding and windows. We were given estimates of damage by Dustin and after over 15 months of negotiating with the insurance company, they finally agreed to pay for the storm damage estimate by Custom Enterprises. Dustin's patient explanations and confident negotiations with the adjusters was an essential part of getting the insurance company to comply with their own policy language.Once the replacement - restoration began, the subcontractors were all talented and efficient in their work on our home.We highly recommend Custom Enterprises. I have hired Custom Enterprises and Dustin Poseley to repair wind and hail damage on my home.Even though the wind and hail damage to the house was evident, insurance company wanted to approve just minor repairs with very little funds. Dustin was very professional and thorough dealing with insurance adjusters. He met with multiple representatives of insurance company and city inspectors on three different occasions. Dustin had an impeccable documentation and reasoning for needs of more coverage from insurance company due to damage to the property from wind and hail.Dustin also exhibited extensive and useful knowledge of current building codes. Since the house is 15 years old - many siding and roofing codes had changed.After approving all the necessary funding from insurance company, Custom Enterprises has done excellent and timely work to repair our roof, siding and gutters. Materials came in in correct colors. Workers were professional and mindful of nearby plants. The work was done according to a time schedule set beforehand. Job was done completely and to the highest quality. After work was done, the yard was cleaned off construction debris and bits of materials.Dustin even uncovered and repaired leaks - to be sure that house will be water tight.During the whole process Dustin stay in continuous communications - always available either by phone or text. He is very friendly and easy to understand.I would highly recommend Dustin Poseley and Custom Enterprises as an excellent choice for roofing, siding and gutters!!!

A few years ago, I came across this business based on a google search, and based on the positive review that I found, as well as an initial meeting with Dustin, we proceeded in working with him to have our roof replaced after we had a small hail storm. Our insurer initially balked at covering and tried to point to a different hailstorm that occurred prior to coverage as the cause, but Dustin supplied us with detailed mapping of where hail had occurred on different dates, and our home wasn’t impacted at all from the storm that they were trying to blame (from a few weeks before we owned the home). The insurance company ended up complying and worked with Dustin and his business to replace our roof, free of cost (other than the deductible) to us.Three years later, we had a much larger storm that was more than 3X the cost in term of damages and included the roof, siding, gutters, deck, air conditioner, and several windows. Our insurance provider was not willing to help out as quickly this time around. The first adjuster came up with a figure that was less than ½ of our contractor’s estimate. Dustin made sure that I understood that this is pretty standard for such a large storm, and that 2 adjuster visits was pretty standard. A few weeks later, we had a second adjuster out, who was quite helpful in person, but when we received the official files from his visit, things were not as they seemed. In writing, he directly contradicted several of the items that he verbally “okayed” in person, which left me feeling quite frustrated and powerless in the situation.In hindsight, this was where the true value came through of having a contractor that is experienced in dealing with insurers. There was a list of ~40 different line items that the second adjuster was disputing, which Dustin took the time to go through line by line and back up the reason that they were included on the claim, whether it was due to damage that would occur in repairing, or for code compliance. Again, this effort yielded partial success, as the gap was further closed, but we were still left about $10K short on a $75K claim.Finally, over a year later, a 3rd adjuster (only this time with a different title) came to our home to look over the remaining disputed items. After about a ½ hour of going over the open items line by line, and with the help of a 3rd party HVAC contractor, our insurance provider agreed to cover every single item that was being requested, and we were finally able to move forward with getting things repaired.Having been through a pretty extensive process of dealing with our insurance company, and having heard of the damaged items that our neighbors did not have covered, for faulty reasons provided by their adjusters, which were not pushed back on because their contractors were more interested in quickly getting their roofs and siding done and moving on, I cannot be more thankful that we had Dustin’s company patiently guiding us through the process, encouraging me to stick to the plan with our insurance company, and making sure that our house was fully repaired after the claim was closed. While I obviously hope not to have a massive storm damage claim in the future, I would not hesitate to work with Dustin’s company again, and would certainly encourage anyone in my situation to work with him, and trust his guidance on working with your insurer. He is not in this to make a quick buck and move to the next project, but takes the time to be detailed on every aspect of your claim in order to make sure that your house is repaired completely, even if it does require more time.

I could not be happier with my experience! Dustin worked with us in replacing a roof and siding after hail damage. He assisted us in a year long process of arbitrating the claim with the insurance company to get maximum coverage.When it came down to the work, we were kept updated on the timeline. The roofers finished a multigabled roof and garage in one day, and the siders gave the house a beautiful finish.When all was completed, Dustin inspected the house and compared it with extensive pictures to ensure that everything was put back as it had been. He identified some small variances and fixed them on the spot.I will gladly call on him again.
