It is crucial for potential clients to understand the specific scope of this company's work. As they have clarified, Fort Wayne Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is a commercial and sheet metal contractor. They suspended their residential roofing operations a number of years ago to concentrate exclusively on the complexities of commercial properties. This specialization allows them to dedicate all of their resources, training, and expertise to the needs of large-scale buildings. This focus is a significant point of differentiation in the local market, as it ensures that their team is fully versed in the unique materials, systems, and safety protocols required for commercial and industrial projects.
Fort Wayne Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is located at 4320 Ardmore Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46802, USA. This strategic location in Fort Wayne allows them to efficiently serve clients throughout the greater Fort Wayne metropolitan area and beyond. Being based locally means they understand the regional challenges that affect commercial roofs, such as heavy snow loads, ice damming in the winter, and the need for durable, long-lasting materials that can withstand Indiana's unpredictable climate.
Their accessibility is a critical component of their service. With a dedicated local team, they can provide timely responses for routine projects and, more importantly, for emergency situations. For a business, a leaking roof can cause significant operational disruption and damage to inventory, making a swift response essential. Their phone number, (260) 422-9529, is the direct line to their team, allowing for quick communication and the scheduling of services. As part of the larger Tecta America network, they also have access to a vast network of resources, which provides an added layer of stability and capability. Fort Wayne Roofing, a Tecta America Company Reviews
We appreciate the feedback the previous posters have left. As far as the two comments about the school - what these two students didn't realize, we were awarded extra work as well as extra time to get the project completed on their school. As far as the smoking on the roof, we have a new policy where this is not allowed by our workers anymore.Matt Traylor: As far as residential roofs, we suspended this operation a little over two years ago. We should have stated that to you and recommended a roofing contractor better suited for your situation. This is our error. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. We are a commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor.Eileen Strickland - as far as parking in the handicapped spots, we were told that is where they wanted us to park and provided permits for us to park there. They provided new handicap parking while we were using these spaces. The main reason we were instructed to use this spot was we had to move large trucks back and forth out of the alley that was next to the building (and if anyone parked in those spots while we had a truck in the alley, it would not be able to leave). We apologize for any issues this has caused.
Feb 22, 2020 · Sean MotterI called and set up an appointment to get a quote to replace our roof. Two weeks later I did not hear from one single person from the Company. Help me understand why? I called back today 4/10/14 to ask why I have not heard from them. The person answering the phone wanted to defend themselves and say they had nothing to do with it and continue to throw other employees under the bus. Sounds like a dysfunctional organization. Poor Customer Service!!!
Apr 10, 2014 · Matt TraylorI attend the same school as another poster, Travis Riddle. As of 3/26/2015, they are still working on the roof. It has been almost a year since they started on this job, which was supposed to be finished before the school year started. Several areas of the roof has water leaks and the classrooms above where they are working will have pieces of roofing fall down. This, along with the noise, makes for a disrupted learning environment. The workers are usually not working and, having been caught smoking on a tobacco-free campus, are frequently seen taking smoking brakes across the road from the school.
Mar 27, 2015 · Joanna ClaudyThe reason for 1 star for value is not the work or quality, it because the whole week at Festival of trees the employees parked the work truck and personal vehicles in the handicapped parking spots for patrons. I question the values of the employees. Shame on you.
Dec 04, 2019 · Eileen StricklandGreat people to work with. And a great group of employees!
