We contacted Graduate to repair our roof after getting storm damage that destroyed the gutter, facia, soffit, and shingles, causing several leaks inside our home. The owner Paden was a blessing, he helped us navigate a very aggravating and discouraging insurance claim with our home owners insurance when the insurance company didn't want to pay half of what it would cost to repair it. Paden and his crew did an amazing job despite our budget constraints and we are very glad we called them. Dustin and his team kept us updated throughout the entire repair process from the hail damage our home had received from recent storms. They replaced the roof, gutters, window screens and shutters. Along with a little bit of siding and then even subcontracted the replacement of the garage door that was also damaged and covered under insurance. Would definitely recommend and hire again if needed. Hopefully Mother Nature is a lot kinder to our home in the future. It’s even better looking now with the improvements Dustin and his team did.

Being a first time homeowner there are a lot of things you learn as you go. We noticed some damage after a recent storm and decided to have the roof looked at. I contacted Graduate Contracting and Todd Smith called me within the hour of my first initial phone call. From that point on Todd took care of making us feel educated every step of the way. He went out of his way to be there when the adjuster came to the house to do his part which meant a lot to my husband and myself as we have never done anything like this before. He helped us understand pros and cons of different colors of roofing and gutters for our house. I felt very confident in all of the decisions that were made for our roof and our house now looks perfect. I would most definitely recommend Todd Smith to anyone that is needing work done to their roof. We are more than pleased with how everything turned out and the quality of care given to us.
