I discovered a leak. I called 2-3 roofing companies and realized they don't fix leaks, only full roofs. I didn't have money available for a full roof. I called Ideal roofing (a mom answers phone with kids and dog in the background...I kinda liked this small family business feel) and they said they might be able to work something out for us, and would come take a look. That's what I needed to hear! He found several soft spots...more issues coming soon....new roof needed...it would be guaranteed. He gave free estimate, but also advice on how we could DIY leak till we got a new roof someday. When we got the funds, I called that mom (business secretary) back and set up an apt. Roof was done in 2 days with happy guys listening to their music and getting er done! No mess. They found more rot than expected, but fixed it up and mended a corner siding on our house, while keeping cost down for us. Integrity, family feel, kindness, and timely.

Rosendo & Tia are great people; professional, prompt, friendly, & fast. They use *high quality materials (Malarkey Roofing Products) & gave me multiple options during my initial quote.I have a 1400' sq. home that Rosendo & his team were able to complete in a little over a day. That included teardown, re-roof, & transitioning from standard roof vents to an upgraded ridge vent. As per my luck, their supplier happened to not have the color of shingle I wanted in the style we discussed during my quote, but Ideal Roofing went above & beyond & was able to deliver the next tier up shingle (in my color) & didn't charge me extra for it. They also discovered some rotted boards on my roof during teardown & fixed that as well with no extra charge to me. His team was very polite, prompt, & fast during their work & were able to beat the weather, as we're coming into the rainy season. The job site was very clean afterwards as well; the team spent a good amount of time just cleaning up after the roof was completed. I will be using Ideal Roofing for any related job(s) in the future & I can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

They showed up each day on time and all worked hard in some poor weather conditions. Tia took care of all scheduling/invoicing and was always friendly and flexible. Bottom Line: Ideal Roofing replaced my roof expertly and quickly. I could not be more pleased with the installation - my roof now looks great!
