For the second time in 7 months, we are unable to reach anyone at any of their offices regarding our roof replacement that we paid for in September.We have been promised we are 3-4 weeks out multiple times, but each time that is instead followed by 7-8 weeks of complete silence, unreturned calls, full voicemail boxes and frustration.At this point, we just want our money back - it’s clear we’re never getting a roof.

We had this company come knocking on our door last year the week of 4th of July. Told it would only take 4 to 6 weeks. It only took our insurance company 1 week to get the full check, and we paid for the roof, gutters downspouts and suffice less then a week later. Then we waited. Keep being told soon. Excuse after Excuse. No one ordered the materials. They had to fire the whole crew. There's someone else ahead of us. We called multiple times, leaving voice mails that weren't answered. Went up to their office several times. Just to be told to wait for someone to call us. Then they sent up a manager from the Kentucky office to the ohio office, who we did get to speak with. And he put us on the books to have our roof done within 2 weeks. So our roof was finally put on in Oct 2024. Day of they are practically done with the roof and the Forest Park Inspector comes knocking on our door to tell us the roofers will have to stop work because they did not file a permit to do the work. So back to calling them leaving a message, luckily they was quick to respond, and file the paper work, and the roof was completed that day. But not the gutters and other stuff. More waiting, spring comes and more calling to find out when they will finish the job. More of them avoiding our calls. Or getting the "someone else will call you back, and that person takes weeks to call back. Just to get "i don't have an answer for you". Granted the staff was friendly and respectful, but that doesn't get the job done. March they finally get the gutter guy out. He did 10% of the work, said he needed 2 by 4s to do the suffice, he'll come back in a few days to finish the work. I asked him about the rest, and he didnt know of the rest. That he will talk to lexington blue to find out. He didnt come back. And lexington blue took a couple more weeks to send a text that they will come out on Monday ( 4 days away April 14th) to finish the work. Unfortunately we told them that wouldn't work cuz we will be out of town. They said they will try to come out Tuesday. We said OK. Did not hear from them again til April 25 2025 when we got the email saying they was closing. So what now? I would say don't use this company, but they are closing, and I see why. All the reviews are true!

Signed contract and paid in August 2024. Promised 4-6 weeks. It is now April 2025 and still no roof. Tried calling corporate multiple times, and no return calls. Reported to BBB but already under investigation. Still waiting for answers.

Beware! Do not do business with Lexington Blue! I have had nothing but problems with this Company. My home experienced storm damage the end of February 2024. I contacted Lexington Blue to get a free inspection as we had roof, siding and interior damage. They sent out Garrett. We also filed a claim with our homeowners insurance and they sent an adjustor to meet with Garrett at the time of the inspection. Within a few days, our Insurance approved a claim and sent over an estimate to Lexington Blue for a new roof, gutters, siding, and interior repairs amounting to almost $32000. Lexington Blue agreed to that estimate and we signed a contract with them in April 2024. We were told at that time that they could do ALL the estimated work, including the interior repairs, as well as replacing the siding on the entire home(we chose a new color and style), new gutters system and complete roof replacement (tear off). We were asked for 50% down to schedule the work. We issued a check to them for $17000, which was more than half. On or around May 4th 2024 they came and replaced our roof. However, the trim and gutters were not completed on that day as we were told they were waiting on materials. We were told they would be back in approx 2 weeks to complete, and to also install the siding and do all interior repairs. That never happened. No further work has been completed on my home since May 4th and it is now January 15th 2025! When we didn't hear from them at the end of May 2024, we began calling Garrett and leaving messages by text, email and voicemail to no avail. We could never get ahold of him and he did not return our calls. Finally the first week in July 2024 we were able to speak with someone at Lexington Blue by the name of Keith, Who proceeded to tell us that Garrett had been terminated from the company due to theft and deceptive practices. Keith stated we were one of Garrett's victims, along with other clients of theirs. Apparently, Lexington Blue does NOT do interior repairs and Garrett lied to us, telling us they would do all the interior repairs amounting to over $11000. From what I understand either Garrett was going to take those funds and not do the work, or hire someone outside the company to do the work cheaper. So, we had been conned at this point! Keith met with us in person and told us he himself was taking over our repairs and reassuring us the work would commence within 2-4 weeks, depending upon receiving materials needed. He also informed us that our Insurance was only going to pay to partially replace our siding, not the whole house as stated by Garrett, and Contracted for, I might add. I told Keith this was not acceptable as we were told the whole house was being replaced, and our original contract shows this. Keith stated he would contact our insurer clarify and send a supplement request if needed.By the end of July, beginning of August, we hadn't heard back from Keith. So, I began trying to call him as well as texting and sent emails. All to no avail! Again! At that point I called Lexington Blue and wanted their production Manager. I was given to a person named Chris and left him a message as well as sent an email. He responded to my email stating he was escalating our issues to his superior and we would be contacted within 2-3 business days. Never heard from him again. In Sept 2024 emails sent to Keith and Chris began returning to me as undeliverable or No such person. I tried calling each only to be met with their voicemail or VM was full. I sent a message to Lexington Blue on their Facebook page asking for someone in charge to contact me ASAP. One of their Managers did finally call me, and I found out that Keith and Chrus both were terminated from Lexington Blue. Apparently Garrett wasn't the only bad employee there.Again I was promised that work would commence within a few weeks and our project was back on track. That was a lie as well. Since Oct 2024 to present I have not been contacted by Lexington Blue, even though I've left countless messages and sent emails, etc.

I hired Lexington Blue in April 2024 to repair my roof and siding. It has been nothing but a complete nightmare from the beginning. I have been lied to, strung along and completely ignored. It has been 8 months (it is now mid November) and I have called multiple times a week trying to get a timeline or any answers as to when they will be out to repair my gutters and siding. They got the big insurance check and have been unresponsive and have not delivered on their word one time since. They first told me my siding was ordered (a lie) and would be out multiple different times. I waited and crews never showed up (on more than one occasion ). They have had me choose different colors three times due to colors being “out of stock”. I would STRONGLY advise ANYONE against using this company. When I call, their phones go to voicemail and I cannot leave a message because their voicemail boxes are full. They read my texts and do not respond. Their lack of communication and ability to do their jobs is alarming. I have never had such a miserable customer service experience in my life.
