DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY". Complete and utter lack of any professionalism and responsiveness. I could write a book. We signed a contract 7 months ago for roofing and siding. We were guaranteed both would be completed within the next couple of months. Took us months just to get roofing done - supplies delivered without notice and sat there for weeks; showed up and did 2/3 of the job then didn't show back for days after a number of calls; left a mess-nails and tar paper everywhere. No response on the mess they left even after pictures sent. Pulled off the gutters for replacement with the siding. Guess what? Siding hasn't materialized and now we have downspouts hanging and rain/melting ice falling directly onto windows and porches, icing up and creating hazards. We are STILL awaiting any information on our siding. They keep saying it's ordered, it's on its way - only if we can get hold of them or they would return our calls. Their mailbox is full; or they're not in the office; or they're closed because of covid; or a family member is in the hospital. Excuse after excuse. I have requested an owner or manager call me; I have asked over and over for when they ordered our siding; who they ordered it from and an order number. They continue to blow us off. We have given them every opportunity to make this right and give them the benefit of the doubt. They've lost our confidence and sadly we will have to pursue other means to deal with this. So very disappointing. They've been dropped from the BBB and their rating quickly went downhill after the time we signed our contract. Something is up and we're afraid they're a business that's gone under and we're the losers.

We hired American Modern Exteriors for $11,000 worth of facia and soffit work on our house. We paid half down immediately and they promptly cashed the check. We were told they could do the work for us in the next 6-7 weeks. We didn’t hear anything for 6 weeks, so we called 4-5 times before finally getting a return call that they would be at our home to start the project on the Monday of the 8th week since we signed for the work. They never showed up. We called and called again and again. Finally returned our calls and said they got our messages and we were next on the schedule. They never called back again, but then emailed with another excuse. After being more than a month past the expected work to be completed, and a complete and total failure of communication and empty promises, we re-evaluated our situation. We had a couple other things come up with our finances, so we called and asked for a cancellation and refund. They responded to our request asking if they could still do the work and they could be there in a week. We were so disappointed in everything regarding the lack of communication, customer service and they never did the work. Then, they advised us of a 30% restocking fee would be taken out of our down payment. I called and talked to Lisa in the office and she told me they are charged 10% restocking fee if they actually do send the material back. Unbelievable. How is this company in business??? I researched and asked around to my contractor friends who said 10% if charged at all is fair, but since this company failed to deliver and never advised us contractually of any restocking fee, there should not be any fee and they should return our $5,500. We left 3 voicemails and several emails advising our position. We were told someone would call us, but no one did. We have been trying to resolve this situation but they do not respond. Do not work with these guys. Do not give them money. Do not trust their service.
