Juan Chavez was super helpful in the scheduling of the re-roof and Eric Lloyd was great with giving updates throughout the entire re-roof process.Our roof was old, but it didn’t seem to be a problem for the NRG-Pros team. They make sure all the dry rot was taken care of and the roof looks amazing.The value was good, fairly priced as compared to other quotes I received. We are super happy with the end result and will refer everyone we know the NRG for any roofing issues.

There were a number of major storms and my roof had started leaking through the attic into the living room ceiling. Even though I had recently just completed a separate major repair, I needed to move quickly to address this new issue. Needless to say, I was very stressed.I contacted NRG Pros and set up a meeting with Tom Thomas. He clearly explained each step of the process and assured me that NRG Pros would take care of me. He examined the ceiling leak and told me that he could send out a crew to provide a temporary repair until they could schedule a roofing appointment once the rainstorms stopped. The crew arrived within an hour and laid tarp to take care of the areas of weakness. Tom provided quick responses any time I contacted him with additional questions.The day of my scheduled roof appointment, I was greeted by the friendly roofing crew who greeted me with a smile, a "Good morning!" and "Have a nice day!" as I was on my way to work. This made an impression on me as I had recently experienced a very stressful major home repair with a different company who didn't treat me very well. They also did a great job with the clean up after the installation was complete!Their fantastic customer service excellence also extended to phone calls I made to the office beyond my initial contact for an appointment. The person who answered my call seemed genuinely happy to help me (again, not the experience I've had with other companies) and fully answered my questions.Working with NRG Pros was the difference between night and day. From everything that I've experienced and witnessed firsthand, they seem to have a culture of excellence which positively benefits all of their customers. I really appreciate the service they provided.

Quick, professional and efficient work. The only thing that is a bit different from other companies is that they require a $475 initial fee to come look at the roof. They then discount that money back to you (subtract it from the cost of the full repair), but it is confusing to me as to why the company chooses to do it that way; because if you don’t need any roof repair it seems you are paying a lot for just a consultation or quote. I didn’t ask others for quotes, to be fair. The work they did was great and they were very friendly.

I’ve found the work quality of NRG Pros to be excellent. But, most pleasing to me has been the high integrity shown by the owners and managers. My roofing project included unforeseen difficulties. As these difficulties were encountered, NRG Pros staff proved to be a willing partner to find effective, fair solutions.I recommend them.
