P91 Roofing, owned by Chris Criswell, installed the roof on my newly built home and made multiple critical mistakes. First, they failed to drill the necessary intake vent for the water heaters — something that should have been part of the original installation. When I contacted Chris to get it fixed, he told me it wasn’t his problem and refused to take any responsibility.Second, they installed standard roof vents on a foam-insulated house, which should not have been done. This is a clear construction oversight that now needs to be corrected, but again, they’ve refused to make it right.Between the poor workmanship and complete lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this company. Avoid if you want the job done right the first time — or if you expect any kind of follow-through afterward.
