We had French doors installed today by Presidential Exteriors, and we’re extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. The install team (three guys) arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job — the doors look beautiful, and their attention to detail was clear.Shortly after the installation, Project Manager Matt Vick stopped by to personally inspect the work, bring us cookies (such a thoughtful touch!), answer any questions, and walk us through next steps. His visit really added a personal, professional touch and left us feeling confident and well taken care of.We highly recommend Presidential Exteriors — great service, quality work, and a team that really cares!

When we decided it was time for new windows in our 1952 Cape Cod, we reached out to five different companies to get estimates. After much consideration, we chose Presidential Exteriors. They weren’t the least expensive, but we were impressed with the company’s warranties as well as their excellent communications to keep us in the loop regarding the installation. Everyone who came to the house, from the sales rep to the measuring tech to the project manager and installers, were completely professional and did their jobs well. On installation day, the crew arrived and immediately got to work. To our surprise, the entire job – 16 double-hung windows – was completed in just about eight hours! They were scrupulous about cleaning up the debris inside and out, and left the property completely clean.As home inspectors, we know the importance of proper installation to ensure a window’s ability to keep out the weather and noise. The windows that came with the house were good quality (Pella), but had not been installed correctly, so we had terrible drafts and lots of road noise (we are only about 400 feet from a major highway). It wasn’t until the new windows were in that we realized just how bad the old windows were! We can barely hear the road anymore, and our house is so much more comfortable.We’ve even discovered just how good the warranty coverage is. Two months after the windows were installed, a windstorm blew one of our shutters against our bedroom window, cracking one of the glass panes. I called Presidential and they immediately said they would order a new sash to replace the damaged one, at no charge.

From start to finish, their team was professional, skilled, and dedicated to delivering top-notch work on our home.Our project included installing James Hardie siding, pouring new concrete, redoing our screened-in porch, adding lighting and a ceiling fan, building a roof over our basement stairwell, and replacing our garage doors and windows. Each part of the project was handled with expert craftsmanship, and the transformation of our home has been incredible.A huge thank you to the talented individuals who made it happen! David’s crew did a phenomenal job on the siding. Alfredo's team was meticulous in pouring the concrete slab for the porch, staying late to ensure it was perfect. Juan, Angel, Carlos, Danilo, and Luis put in tremendous effort to rebuild our porch, making it both beautiful and functional. Danilo’s team also constructed the new roof over our basement stairwell, adding both protection and visual appeal. Angel did excellent work on the garage door, taking the time to help us program the code and familiarize ourselves with its many new features. And Matt enthusiastically installed the new garage windows flawlessly.Our overall impression of Presidential Exteriors is that their customer service is second to none—something often overlooked in this industry. Each day, Juan asked if there was anything else they could do, saying, "We just want you to be happy!" Angel even reinstalled my light switch twice to add a dimmer when I realized it would be better for the porch. Most impressively, Carlos and Angel planted grass (unasked!) on their last day, after working in our muddy backyard for several days.Presidential Exteriors exceeded our expectations in every way. I had three exterior doors replaced by Presidential Exteriors. My experience with the company has been great from my initiate meeting with James for the estimate and the selection of my doors to the installation, which was handled by Vick, Vince, and their crew. I was amazed at how well the installation went. If I could figure out a way to give them six stars on my review, I absolutely would.The installation crew answered all of my questions, explained the mechanics of the new doors and made sure I was satisfied with the work along the way. They were incredibly organized and cleaned up as they worked on each door. They left my home and yard looking fantastic with no construction debris left behind. I appreciate their attention to detail and their concern with my satisfaction with installation. They did a great job.
