Referred to me by another treasured acquaintance, Neal and his team were quick to quote and but for the rainy weather we were having, jumped right in and he and the team completed the project in fine form, going just a tad over estimate as there was a great deal they had to repair and a few things for doing a great project! We got estimates from several different companies. We ultimately decided to go with Spennato because their price was right in the middle of all the estimates we received and the response time was great. They provide photos with the estimate. Neil Jr. answered all my questions in a timely manner and was patient and pleasant to work it. They were able to get my roof done with in a week of me accepting their quote. I got a new re-roof of a flat roof, eaves drain box, new skylight and aluminum capping. Their price was reasonable and work was done in just a few hours. The work was done by a crew of 2 with Neil Sr. here as well. They provided after photos prior to receiving payment which really puts your mind at ease being able to see the work you’re paying for. I would recommend Spennato Family Roofing!

Masters of their craft with a smooth sailing process wrapped up in nothing but TRUST. You really can’t beat this combination and as hard as it might be to believe, IT EXISTS. From my first interaction with the family run business I couldn’t believe how easy the process was. I knew nothing about roofing and was terrified of being taken advantage of when I first started. Then my prayers were answered when I met Neil Spennato and I truly felt blessed. He explained what a roofing project like mine would entail from start to finish, always answered my calls and messages promptly, helped me understand everything, scheduled the project fairly quickly and before I knew it it was over. I know it’s just a roof but I felt like I was left with a fine piece of art. It’s been the talk of the neighborhood ever since. Top quality materials and of course top quality work. Look no further. Neal and team are a very kind, thorough and extremely hardworking crew that does great roofing work and I highly recommend them. My roof repair was particularly complicated because my home is 200 years old and I learned after a major leak that I not only had to replace the roof but reframe several rooms underneath it and reroute some piping. All this took months to sort out and Neal corresponded with me patiently and helpfully over that entire journey! My roof also ended up also being 7 layers to..excavate..and the crew worked tirelessly over two days to rip and replace it. They also made my skylight dreams come true. It’s been over a month of almost non stop rain and the roof has drained perfectly (and no leaks!!). I’m really grateful for Neal, his dad and crew for the work they did to help restore my home!

My experience with this company has been nothing more than superb. The professionalism and customer service was exceptional. Neal’s responsiveness and turnaround time was amazing. Job scheduled within 2 weeks, work complete in 1/2 day. On day of scheduled work, Neal Sr. and team showed up bright and early ready to work. A true gentlemen. I highly recommend this company and look forward to a partnering with them for future work.
